Very poor experience! Waited close to 15 minutes before the staff at the counter could take my order only to be told it would be... a 20 minute wait for the chicken to be ready, needless to say we went elsewhere..... Short staffed and inefficient customerservice, taking an order then filling that order before moving on to the next order was a real ineffective use of time. Phone inorders being prioritized over walk in customers is both frustrating and inappropriate. Read more

So after posting that I was disappointed that Popeyes couldn't get their act together with the correct hours, I see that they... actually changed them, Yeah!! I have never experienced any wait time but I always call ahead to get the food ready for pickup.Also, I went onto Google and changed their Mon to Thur hours to what they actually are and then someone from HO must have goneonto Google to change them properly. Good on you for that HO, your reputation is on the line here. Read more
