`Went to this location and ordered a grande brown sugar oat milk latte and when I was halfway to work I realized I got someone's... plain drip coffee. Not a big deal but I am unable to go back to the store and replace. I tried calling the number on theStarbucks website for the store and no one answers and it goes to a inactivated voicemail. Plus I wanted a different latte andthey were out of the syrup so I amended my order to another type of latte no big deal. I then tried to order a heated buttercroissant and they were out of that as well. Seriously it is 8:00 am and you are out of stuff and can't get a simple latte tothe right car. On top of it all I wanted was to be able to reach out to the store to say hey you made a mistake which happensbut if I come in tomorrow would you make me my latte for free as I didn't receive what I paid for. Not happy with this level ofcustomer service especially paying $6 for a drip coffee that I didn't order is a little ridiculous. Read more

Staff was very rude and didn?t smile

The staff is awesome. BUT lineups can take a long time... Especially when most of the time there is only 1 PERSON working... AND... even during happy hour(s) there is only 1 PERSON working. Service is 1*. Read more

As far as Starbucks kiosks go, this is a good one. Quick service and a nice place to sit if your waiting on a grocery shopper.
