Nice and clean environment, friendly staff. Ordered a Turkey Pesto Sandwich and tasted delicious, bread didn't feel hard ( in... which it didn't feel old ) , was created on time ( Mobile ordered ), they keep a nice clean environment aka floors and tabletops are cleaned while I was sitting here eating. Terrible service and attitude by the shift supervisor on the afternoon of August 13. Presented with much attitude. I go to this... Starbucks almost daily, sometimes twice, and always had friendly service. But will not go back after this experience. Read more
Such a great Starbucks location. It's always super clean and has super friendly staff. I've never had to wait very long in the... drive thru either. The only time I ever got a wrong order it was quickly fixed, and I got to keep the oops which ended up beinga super cool cold alternative to my favorite hot drink. Great way to rectify a oops and gain another sale on a new favorite,customer service A++! Read more
This location has been a disappointment for a while now. I stopped in this morning with my online order, as I got to the window... all 3 attendants were huddled around having a discussion and looked at me and did not even acknowledge I was there. Once theycame to the window they told me they didnt have nitro or cold brew, I said no problem I'll take a refund. They then told me ohwe have cold brew and they poured one without ice and they didnt water it down so it was very very bitter. Instead of themtrying to make it better they just argued until I had to bring up the fact that they were standing around doing nothing anddidnt even say good morning or come to the window. They showed no sympathy or a care in the world. Very disappointed, I havecontacted the support line and waiting for them to respond I hope the gentleman and the 2 ladies working this morning see thisresponse and and the disappointment and try and learn from this. I find the issue and lack of enthusiasm within this environmentcomes from 1 person there. I see her all the time and just feel like i?ve done something wrong whenever I have an interactionwith her. A caramel macchiato is made with more foam than a latte to hold the caramel drizzle on the top... please teach your employees... how to properly aerate milk... aerating milk isn?t just making a splashing noises it has a purpose to make wonderfully silkydense foam. The last sip being purely caramel that should have been sitting on the foam you didn?t make is not delightful. Read more
