Arrived at 5:45, google said it was open till 6:00, the sign on the door said open till 6:00, the lock and no lights said... otherwise. Normally I?d write off a business like this, after driving all the way there, but I?ve got to buy a bottle for afriend and this is what he likes. So now I?ve got to solve the puzzle. Are the hours of operation somehow related to theappearance of hailey?s comet? Do I close my eyes and throw myself at the closed door to appear inside like the Harry Pottertrain station? Who knows? Their boreal gin and two bean brew are both uniquely Canadianproducts made with high quality that I absolutely love. I picked up a bottle of their citrus gin from liquor house. It his hands down the best not only gin but spirit I?ve ever had.... First off it smells amazing. But more importantly the taste is truly remarkable and unique. This is the only gin I have ever hadthat I can enjoy on the rocks. Almost no burn to the taste unlike most gasoline tasting gin. Very friendly staff and excellent service. We were up in the loft area and the bartender ran upstairs multiple times to check on... us. The drinks are great and there are many options to choose from. Food comes from across the street so it's a great place tograb an appetizer and a cocktail. Will be back for sure ! Read more
