Good every time - nice long drive through so you don't have to awkwardly wait in the parking lot. Super quick as well. Dropped... to 2 stars Sept 10th. After coming to this location regularly for months its more miss than hit. Half the time the drive throughlady will just ignore a tim card to scan. Getting food is hit and miss, there isn't really any "regular" item here; it can bedifferent every time. If you use a coupon that you get from being a regular in the app you end up getting less too. I'mconfident my "tea and a farmers wrap" is done correctly about 40% of the time, which is pretty disappointing. When it's goodit's good. Edit Nov 6, 2022: we have stopped coming to this location. Never get food right, always making mistakes on thecosts. I'll just go to McDonald's. Gave it a shot today and 100% of the order was wrong. 100%. More wrong than right. West Park Tim's has the friendliest staff or any Tim's I've ever visited. Great coffee great people.
Actually this is the only Tim's that is worth visiting in Fort Saskatchewan. Their service is excellent, their product is great... and fresh all the time. Their driveway works amazingly well, like a well oiled machine. Read more
I?m prego and wanted some Tim?s. Your hours for today say you close ur lobby at 10:30 . We were there at 10pm and the doors were... locked and all we got was a mean faced no afence large women with dark hair give us the nasty look I?ve seen in my years. Plzfix your hours of operation. Read more
Coffee was not good, tables temporarily unavailable as you need to get someone to clean. It would be nice if they do prepare... them. Slow order taking. Very annoying associates loudly talking to each other. Washroom key is handled by users without beingsanitized. Location is good access and available parking. Read more
Only the drive-thru is open 24 hours. The dining room is open 5 AM - 10 PM. We had a good visit. The service was good and fast.... The dining area was nice and comfortable. There was ample parking in front and on the side. This location is quickly accessiblefrom Hwy. 21. Read more
The new renovations are nice and all, but it's still Timmies. The staff were nice and friendly, and the food is what you'd... expect at any Timmies location across Canada. This location just feels a bit more closed off now, but maybe that's because I'mstill used to the old layout. The only issue I ran into since the recent renovation is that their phone app scanners don't seemto be very sensitive and the staff have a hard time getting them to scan properly. Hopefully they'll get that fixed as it wouldbe quite frustrating when it's busy. Read more
