Always a pleasure and relief getting to ft scott caseys from olathe ks. A needed restroom break, Always a caseys pizza or 2,a... couple scratch off tickets AND a caseys coffee ??! The people are much friendlier both in the store and out compared to olathe,Johnson co. ....Then just 40 more minute ride and wife and I are visiting daughter and grandkids in oronogo mo. Read more
Mens room is out of service. Better get that fixed
I have ordered pizza from this store twice. Both times they have said it will be ready in 20 minutes. When I get there in 25... minutes they have not even started the order. This time there there were NO Pizzas in the oven. THE ORDER WAS JUST SITTING THERENOT STARTED! So Here I Sit In the stinking parking lot for 30 minutes! NEVER AGAIN! Read more
Love Casey?s most are ran very nice however the manager at this location is quite rude, almost always!
We love Casey?s General Stores! This location did not live up to our expectations, though. The facilities and grounds were... relatively clean. The towels were out in the restroom, the squeegees were out of water at our gas pump, and there were 7 thingsout of order in the drink area, including the ice cream machine. ?!?!?!? The reason to stop at Casey's is they are typically clean, well run shops for gasoline and snacks. Not so much the Ft. Scott... location. Half the pumps were out of service. The urinal in the men's room was also not functioning. No paper hand towels inthe men's room (my wife noted the same issue in the women's room). Some of the fountain drinks were out of service, but theginger ale was "working". We should have checked before we left, because once on the road it turned out to taste like straightcarbonated water. Maybe my bar is set too high based on the positive experiences in almost every other Casey's store, but FtScott's a disappointment. Read more
It was our first time going there and we had just stopped to get gas and maybe snacks or whatever because we were headed back to... Texas all the way from Wisconsin and we stopped and got their pizza and we had pizza all over the US and there's was the bestwe've ever had it wasn't greasy was fresh ingredients made right in front of us if you get a chance stop there and you won'tregret it.
