The E85 pumps are the slowest I've ever used but I'm just glad they have it
Bless the employees for dealing with management that doesn?t want to fix their broken gas pumps. Had to go to 3 different pumps... to find a working one, had to go in at least 3 times, purchase could not be credited back. Again, the employees were great butthey were dealing with at least 6 customers complaining about the same thing. Maybe make it easier for people to give you money? Read more
Firstly, NOT OPEN PAST 11, NOT OPEN TILL 12:00 NOT 24 HOURS! Manager is rude and incompetent, treats her employees badly in... front of customers. However the people who ring you up are normally very sweet, just nice people trying to get through the dayworking with a raging "see you next Tuesday". I think they close early depending on if they just feel like it, they definitelydon't adhere to their own website or Google maps hours. Read more
I was filling up my SUV last night, I had started pumping around 11:50pm (I know this because I knew they were closing soon). I... went inside to get a drink and before I could exit the door they turned ALL OF THE LIGHTS OUT, OUTSIDE. The pump was pumping soslow that one I made it back to the pump, only 6 gallons had been pumped. So I sat in a very dark gas station, along withanother car.. waiting about 15 mins for 20 gallons to pump. This is so UNSAFE, RUDE and HORRIBLE customer service. Read more
This Casey's NEVER carries Dr Pepper fountain drink. They are ALWAY out till the following Wednesday. Today is Saturday and as... usual they are out again. I've spoken to a trainer who said they would start ordering more but that's not a reality. I go toanother company to buy my gasoline and get my daily drink and it's getting to be Walmart Murphy's down the road instead.Murphy's always have Dr. Pepper in stock as a fountain drink. What a shame. On an update, I was in yesterday 12-14-20 and nofountain Dr Pepper again until sometime in the future. What a wasted stop. Read more
Used gas buddy and said it was .10 cheaper but wasn't. Many pumps we're out of commission and wiper fluid cleaned or filled.... Inside the staff were very friendly and happy. The store was very clean. Read more
