Pizza is always good. Games are fun. My kids love to go play we usually only go on someones birthday or some special occasion.
We brought my daughter here for an early birthday outing just for her and our family. We had so much fun and my almost 2 year... old went home with great prizes! Zane was absolutely awesome in helping us and answering any questions that we had! We coulddefinitely tell he loves and takes pride in his job. He and his coworker definitely made us feel welcomed and made sure we hadan awesome time. They definitely helped out to make sure to keep a smile on ours and my daughters faces! Read more
Terrible. They took out the stage and puppets. Half of the games wouldn't work. Some of the games lasted like 5 seconds..or... less. It just really wasn't fun at all. They also took out the whole play center. It's bad when your 3 year old doesn't evenenjoy it. I got my money back for the salad bar because the lettuce was brown. I said something and they put more lettuce on topof the brown lettuce instead of dumping it out..but the new lettuce was also brown. Very sad and disappointed. The girl theregister was nice though. First time visiting with our 19 month old, and it was an outstanding experience. Greg and his team were kind, welcoming, and the... food was great (our daughter actually chowed down). The store is very clean, and the games and facility were modern. Weappreciated the extra security stamps to match the parent and child at the entrance and exit. It's been years since I came in CEC . And I can say alot has changed!! The playpass is the answer to a age old problem CEC has... had in the past, cups of tokens, tickets everywhere.. now one card and done!! Thank you!! After being here for 2 hrs and asmany kids was here I can't believe the place was as clean as it was. Their floor/ table cleaner was on top of it all the time wewere there!. The floor from the front to the back where a birthday party was going on, there wasn't one piece of trash or foodon the floor! The food wasn't bad at all!! My daughter wanted to play more than eat so she gives you top marks. CEC hasdefinitely changed !! For the better!! We will be back!!! Read more
Super cool place for parents and kids. they have a good system to protect the kid, always is a employee in the entrance to stamp... your kid and parents arms with the same no. If you try to take any kid out of the store they match the no to make sure the kidcame with you. Thay have a lot of gaming machines for kids and adults, If you and your family are hungry they have Salad bar,pizza, soda machine, and ice cream. super clean areas , tables , and bathrooms, they provide hand sanitizer. Management andemployees very Friendly's and professional ???? and remember, at the end of fun, thay have a area to redeem your tickets andyou can exchange your points for candy's or toys. Read more
Kids will love it but it's not easy on the wallet, although sometimes I run some pretty decent specials food is a little bit... pricey expect for a family of four to be about $40 it's a single pizza large and a large cheese steak and four drinks. We had a last minute birthday party for my granddaughter at the Fort Smith Chuck E Cheese. We all had a wonderful time. The... games were fun and the pizza was delicious. The service was incredible, especially a particular worker Zane. He was superfriendly and very helpful! I noticed he was taking care of so many different areas of the place and did a great job witheverything! A big thanks to Zane for making our Saturday so fun! Read more
