From 1:07 p.m.to 1:31 my order was ,short a burger so they took the other 4 and set them aside NOT under a heat lamp so yeah one... hot and four cold ,onc I got home my wife had to run to McDonald's because 2 of the burgers were wrong ,the bacon cheeseburgerhad no bacon,and the 7.00 order of fries consisted of two cups in a bag much shorter than usual WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO YOU GUYS?LADY LOWE IS IT? LET'S GO BACK TO JULY EVEN ,forget when they opened. we have ordered religiously but for the past 3 months,upon returning we are met with a RUDE awakening ,STEP IT UP GUYS OR LET SOMEONE ELSE TAKE OVER. Love this place but I feel terrible for the guys working on October 21 around 9 pm his fellow employees just left him when they... got busy to go on break and the phone wouldn?t stop ringing pretty sad to see him left like that. Excellent burgers, delicious fries. The helpings are more than enough, and the staff has always been polite. We love Five Guys!
The fries are good and you get a bunch. Me and my wife shared a regular and ended up throwing enough to make a medium at most... places. The burgers were not bad however at the price you are paying not bad is kind of sad. The patty itself is the size of amcdonalds hamburger and while they offer any toppings for "free", the cost is definitely built in. Read more

This was my first time at Five Guys and i ordered online. Told them i was on the way on the website to pick up, notified them... when i had arrived.. walked in and watched them finish cooking up my order. They have bunless and lettuce wrap optionsavailable. Hands down, one of the best burgers i have ever ate! I got the "large fries" and i got a medium cup of fries PLUS half a brown bag of fries! OMG. Although very messy to eat, the last couple of times it has been very good, either that or it had been a while. Another lunch... there today, consistent, Cajun fries are better than just regular and a small order of them plenty for 4 people, unless you eata ton of fries Read more
