Out of town, in for the week. Read the reviews, was excited to try a new to me pizza place. First visit was a great experience.... My server Sky was above extraordinary with her service! Pizza was absolutely delicious! Second visit, not near as well. Serverwas lazy and hard to find, sat at a dirty table with toppings on the floor. Thank god the bartender went above and beyond asserved me the alcohol I ordered to get over the horrendous experience - and the pizza was tremendous this time as well. Read more
We ordered takeout today and have always thought Hideaway was the best pizza in town. We always get the Big Country. They have... upped the price it was 26.27 for a large. And they skimped on the ingredients. I understand having to charge more but to up theprices and then skimp on the ingredients is not right. I will find another place for pizza! Read more
I stopped in for an easy dinner while in town. I had the Loaded Garlic Knots and a small Classic Caesar - and those two items... were a perfectly adequately sized dinner for me! The server was very kind and prompt. The atmosphere was relaxed and slightlyloud - I'm glad I was alone instead of trying to have a conversation. Hideaway Pizza is one of my top 3 favorite Pizza places in Fort Smith. Their selection is pretty big (but not too big) and the... restaurant itself has a very nice atmosphere. The servers are nice people and they do a good job of checking on your table andrefilling your drinks. Speaking of, when you order drinks they give you plastic cups with neat designs on them to keep and reuse(Not those disposable trash cups) which is nice! I do wish the Appetizers either cost less or they gave you more, because theprice increased slightly and the amount you get decreased a bit. Everyone at my table agreed the quality remained the samethough! The pizza always arrives Hot, Fresh and Delicious! My personal favorite pizza is the Pepperoni-palooza! (3 differenttypes of Pepperoni, yes I'm basic but this is worth it) My only other issue is a slight one, and I won't blame them as it wasvery very busy (and a very hot day at 100° F+, I have lots of respect for those working in that hot kitchen), but it did takequite some time to get our 4 pizzas to the table, probably around 30-40 minutes. BUT, Once we got them it was sooo good! Theyforgot to put red sauce on one of our pizzas as we ordered it but said they would send the correct order out and give us the redsauce-less pizza free of charge. All-in-all a win in my book. We enjoy coming here. Great atmosphere and really good pizza ????. I always get the thin, cauliflower crust, vegetable pizza... and add the cup and curl pepperoni. My husband gets a thin crust "Around the world" basically a Supreme. They put lots ofgoodies on their pizzas, all fresh vegetables. It's our favorite pizza place here in Fort Smith..plus they have lots of otherfood options. They have amazing fried pickles, and garlic bread knots. They have lots of seating room w options for small orlarge groups. They have lots of TVs set to different channels. They also have a large, full-service bar. There is a largeparking lot w plenty of handicap accessibility. Read more
