Wow! I WThis place is like walking into the best little restaurant you could ask for. Italian ambiance, great service, polite staff. My the appetizers are very tasty. They make homemade bread with an oil dip. The wine is tasty and the staff is very accommodating. The meals are great portions and very fair priced. If you've not eaten here I 10/10 suggest you try this.
I would like to start by saying the service aside from one person was great. We ordered calamari that tasted like flavorless, tough, mozzarella sticks. We also ordered a calzone that would have been great aside from onions that i didnt order/ want in it and riccotta cheese that made it taste weird. The wait staff was patient and allowed me to order something different. I got shrimp scampi. It tasted like lemon shrimp ramen, thats sadly going into the trash once we get home. Rating: 0/10 . My wife also was unhappy; she ordered the pasta trio. When we left we heard the wait staff get critized/talked to for swappping our calzone. Not eating here again.
There was not a single thing I could find to complain about this establishment. The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was cozy and the staff was incredible. I had the lobster ravioli and it had me craving more even after I was full. I will be back again soon.
I loved the atmosphere here. The people are prompt and super nice. I was interested in trying something new, I will be back!
I really should have posted this review a good month ago. What a great place! The service was impeccable, the setting is relaxing ( exactly what I would expect from an Italian restaurant ), and the food was excellent ( they take their time and do it right ). I have had Italian food in many parts of the country, often disappointed by the generic low quality of some places. I am all the more pleasantly surprised by how great this place is in Arkansas.
The pizza is honestly one of the worst I've ever had. Ingredients are clearly not fresh and I'm about 100% positive it was a pre packaged frozen dough. Not something that I expected from a restaurant with such good reviews. It honestly tasted like I pulled a Tony's pizza out of my oven at home, the only difference is that pizza is $2.99
Joe's lived up to or beat most expectations that we had. The location is slightly unassuming, though the signage does catch your attention. We drove over from out motel, hoping it was part of the Joe's Italian in Springdale (which is amazing)...to be honest, I am not 100% sure if it is. Walking in the place is kind of reminiscent of a Fazzolis, slightly "fast food ordered at the table" vibe, though the facilities did seem clean. We were seated quickly and they were doing social distance seating. The host and our server were pleasant. We started with the mozzarella sticks, rolls and a salad. The mozzarella sticks and rolls make me think they are related to the Springdale Joe's Italian because they were great. Definitely among the best of both that I have ever had, and the marinara is very good. The salad was as expected, though a little wet, like maybe it had just been rinsed. Nothing bad, but a little off. I had the Chicken-parm Cremera which was pretty good. Not the best I have had (that belongs to the Springdale location) but was definitely very good. My wife had tortellini and marinara, which was mainly driven by a desire to have more of their marinara, and was pretty happy with what she got. Overall I give four ?. Definitely worth the drive across town, and wouldn't hesitate to go back.
The first thing you notice is the place is clean. I went on a recommendation from a friend. I'm glad I did. The food is delicious. I had the fried raviolis for an appetizer. They were served quickly. The bread that was brought out was hot and very tasty. I had the pasta sampler that consisted of fettuccine alfredo, lasagna, manicotti, and meat raviolis. For dessert I had a cannoli. My meal was delicious and I was full when I finished. My waiter Will was very attentive. He made sure my glass of tea stayed full. He checked on my to make sure I didn't need anything. If your looking for a nice family owned restaurant this is the place to eat.
