Usually I would gave given Joe's a 5 star. But yesterday on ict. 27th. I called around 11 am. Advised that a party if 10 would... be dinning there at 3 pm. They said table would be ready. It was. But they forget to mention they were out of lettuce for anysalads till we were seated and started to place our order. They lost the sale of 10 salads. If we had been informed ahead oftime we more than likely would have went to a different restaurant. Service was great I give them Kidos on that. A big thumbsup. The food we ordered was good as usually. But this is to the manager, Not a run to run a business. Read more

I was disappointed. It had been awhile since I've eaten there. I was surprised at the cost of a stromboli now over $16 it was a... total shock. I don't feel like I'm going to be eating there anytime soon. The food was okay. I really liked the marinara saucethat came with it. Read more

Delicious food, excellent service, nice atmosphere. Only one issue and I hate to even mention it given how please I was... otherwise but, I ordered the pasta sampler, described on the menu to be a dish with 3 different pastas. There was only one.Lasagna. Delicious but I wanted what I ordered. I'm not one to complain to the waiter so I ate, I paid and left. I'll be backthough. Read more

Very friendly staff. Wonderful atmosphere. Brooklyn recommended the Chicken Albanies, and it was 10/10. The Chicken Sicilano was... also great. Absolutely recommend Joe's for delicious Italian food and the best staff in Fort Smith. Read more

I came back from moving back to the area and was slightly disappointed but, would come back and try again. If I try this place... again I will be with my family and not on lunch because buying the cheapest meal $13.99 + salad $1.99 and a water with a $3.50tip was $21.30 total. Maybe it was an off experience, maybe it was inflation(no lunch menu), maybe it was the smaller portion, maybe it was the wrong dish. I ordered the pasta sampler which was TINY. I remember a generous portion, I remember the food nottasting like a microwave meal. It might have not been microwaved however the taste of the meat ravioli and manicotti tastedsimilar to a michelina meal from walmart. The house salad vinaigrette was sweet and tasted like marinara it was alright. Thebelle of the ball on this meal was the bread and the dip that came with it. This could be packaged and sold and I would buy itevery week. I was happy with the speed of the restaurant though. It took me 40 minutes to eat here Read more

Joe's lived up to or beat most expectations that we had. The location is slightly unassuming, though the signage does catch your... attention. We drove over from out motel, hoping it was part of the Joe's Italian in Springdale (which is amazing)...to behonest, I am not 100% sure if it is. Walking in the place is kind of reminiscent of a Fazzolis, slightly "fast food ordered atthe table" vibe, though the facilities did seem clean. We were seated quickly and they were doing social distance seating. Thehost and our server were pleasant. We started with the mozzarella sticks, rolls and a salad. The mozzarella sticks and rollsmake me think they are related to the Springdale Joe's Italian because they were great. Definitely among the best of both that Ihave ever had, and the marinara is very good. The salad was as expected, though a little wet, like maybe it had just beenrinsed. Nothing bad, but a little off. I had the Chicken-parm Cremera which was pretty good. Not the best I have had (thatbelongs to the Springdale location) but was definitely very good. My wife had tortellini and marinara, which was mainly drivenby a desire to have more of their marinara, and was pretty happy with what she got. Overall I give four ????. Definitely worththe drive across town, and wouldn't hesitate to go back. Read more

The first thing you notice is the place is clean. I went on a recommendation from a friend. I'm glad I did. The food is... delicious. I had the fried raviolis for an appetizer. They were served quickly. The bread that was brought out was hot and verytasty. I had the pasta sampler that consisted of fettuccine alfredo, lasagna, manicotti, and meat raviolis. For dessert I had acannoli. My meal was delicious and I was full when I finished. My waiter Will was very attentive. He made sure my glass of teastayed full. He checked on my to make sure I didn't need anything. If your looking for a nice family owned restaurant this isthe place to eat. Read more
