Ordered in the drive thru....good experience. Go inside then with my 4 children to use the bathroom. Not joking at all, both... men's and woman's bathroom temperatures were over 100 degrees F. I attempt to tell the staff they will not approach oracknowledge that I'm trying to inform them of this issue. Very weird.....food was good.....interior was clean....and hot as thesurface of the sun. It's McDonald's. They're fast and the food is fine. Normally dirty like all other fast food places.

I order a large Carmel macchiato with no ice and this is what I got!!! They told me that it wasent full only bc I asked for no... ice. Well the could have made another one to fill my cup up cause you can obviously see that it?s only half full!! I paid almost$4 for a half full coffee! Crazy ridiculous!! I?m not happy!! While ordering at the kiosk, I had to listen to an employee tell another employee how close they felt to puking right then. So,... yum? Then, I stood and waited for ever just to get the cups I ordered. Watched as other employees got cups and got their owndrinks while I stood and waited. Finally raised my voice over the noise and asked for cups loudly, apologized for yelling andexplained it was just loud- employee was still very rude and didn?t seem to want to be bothered. Then instead of bringing us ourfood as the kiosk directs?they quietly put our food on the counter while we waited in the play area and let it get cold beforewe even noticed our food. Worst ever. We went to this store tonight with our family of 6. We had a large order with multiple customizations. All of our food was... correct and delicious. Great sandwiches and even better fries. Great service too. Kudos to the staff at this store tonightand thank you! Read more
I went through the drive & ordered a Carmel frappe add Oreo, 20 piece nugget, 4 Mcchicken?s, basket of fries, & two sweet teas.... First I was told that they can?t add Oreo to the frappe ?his manager wouldn?t allow it.? So I just asked to take it off. I liveright around the corner & by the time I made it home the nuggets were hard, & fries were cold. I called to tell them & he saidwe are closed but I?ll write your name down to replace the nuggets & fries tomorrow. I asked why they couldn?t make it tonight?Since they had only been ?closed? 3 minutes. He said well we already shut the stoves down. I replied Apparently you shut themdown while I was ordering my food, lol He said no ma?am we didn?t & the Mc Chicken?s were fresh .. indeed they were warm &burnt. I put the whole meal in the trash, made an extra trip, & spent more money on Taco Bell!! Are you kidding?????? Usually,I?m not one to complain or even leave a review but this is flat out ridiculous. stop by one evening last week, order 10 pcs nuggets, pulled up to the first window cash tegister malfunctions so he told us to... driveup to next window when i drove up there 2 women just stand there talking one of the woman got about 4 colors on her hairlooks at us and walked away seens like they dont even care, so we just drove off with out the foods, they need new management inthis place.
