They are fast, kind and it's Papa John's pizza! Some of the best, less greasy than most and I love the peppers.
Surprising the Epic pepperoni stuff crust only had pepperoni in the crust. It says its a one topping pizza and the pic shows... pepperoni on top. My pizza was only cheese. How stingy can you be. Read more

I would not recommend this place for big parties or board meetings. I ordered 11 pizzas for a work related event, paid for over... the phone, and asked to have them delivered at a certain time. During that conversation with the employee I was hung up on afterasking. The pizza was delivered not only 45 minutes early but with no sauces. When I called them back to tell them the pizza wasdelivered too early they said "sorry I was trying to please you" and hung up on me again. The level of professionalism andcustomer service courtesy is 0 to none. Although I understand the effort of delivering early, sometimes thats not always best.Number 1 priority of customer service is understanding your customer. Ordered online for delivery and gave this restaurant $40 that?s tip included for a disgusting and old looking pizza and burned... wings. When I called to speak with manager (he) explained this is how the food always come prepared and I explained to him thathe wasn?t being honest. Do you see this? This is a perfect pie! I called you guys to have the same exact pizza delivered to the hospital, but waited at... the front door with no sign of a Papa John?s delivery driver. I am just so glad that I did not prepaid debit for the order thatI placed at Papa John?s or I would?ve been out 30 bucks. If you are really interested in raising your review from a 3.8 to 4.5,then you need to pay attention to your customers orders and at least make an effort to deliver. Very dissatisfied! Ordered a Shaq pizza and removed the extra cheese that it came with and selected regular cheese. My pizza arrived with... absolutely 0 cheese and only sauce. I called in and informed the lady and she was very rude and stated that it said no cheese. Iinformed her it didn?t it that it said -EXTRAcheese but I selected for regular. She told me that maybe next time I order pizza Ishould know to answer my phone because she tried calling me once and that they will remake it but it may be a while and just tobe sure to send the other pizza back with the delivery driver.
