I arrived and placed my order of #1 Spicy Chicken Sandwich and a #5 Spicy Shrimp w/2 Spicy Chicken Strips,1 side item of beans... w/rice 1 biscuit 1 drink,extra 3 biscuits and 2 cinnamon apple pies to Go. 30 minutes later still in line waiting on my verysimple order. I got to my car and checked food. Everything was there however food was not hot and fresh as it should have been.Other ppl had also complained and received more hot fresh food. I opted to just go home and ended up at Taco Bell where I knowmy food will be hot and freshly made.The staff at Popeyes seemed busy talking and wandering aimlessly about as if they didn'thave any idea what to do. It seemed to be a very chaotic atmosphere with poor management and team members. I normally give 5stars but due to staff I cannot. I am a reviewer and this is 1000% my opinion. I was not paid for my review nor compensated withfree food. I review for WalmartSpark and TryIt among others where I earn gift cards etc. Today was insane ???? and Popeyes needsnew staff trained better... After 30 minutes I should've received fresh food considering what I pay for the Popeyes experience.I will not return to this particular restaurant due to poor service! Worst customer service of any fast food in fort smith. I resorted to ordering on the mobile app since this establishment can?t... seem to afford to fix its drive thru menu. What the heck was I thinking? They won?t start making your order until you stand inline for 15 min and tell them you are there to pick it up. NeverMind the app tells you that your order is being prepared thesecond you place the order. Large marge behind the counter is one of the rudest employees I have ever dealt with. This reflectsvery poorly on management and thus the owner of this establishment. This location certainly seems busy enough to have money tofix broken equipment. The food here is good. However, they were rude to my Father today. They told him, "We can't take any orders until she gets... caught up" and offered no apology or anything. They didn't say that they might take a few minutes extra or anything. That is theexact wording. I'm sorry you are short handed and I get it but that attitude is still unacceptable. Work on your wording andlearn to respect customers. We will be going somewhere else for chicken from now on. Read more
How hard is it to make chicken?? Seriously!! One time I go here and sit 20 minutes and the line doesn't move so I leave. Another... time I go they have no mild chicken. This time I order on the app to give them plenty of time, show up 15 minutes later and aretold the don't have the mild chicken. Why not?? They had plenty of time to fix it.
