Waited ove 5 mins for them to answer red button then ordered 2 Dr pepper drinks ten minutes later no drinks i left
Very long story short- we waited 20+ minutes for-3 drinks & a order of cold, hard cheddar peppers. I gave 2 stars because the... drinks were made well other than the fact they were running down the side of every cup. I understand being short staffed, butthe staff was rude. Placed my order 2 times, was not repeated or on the screen right either time. After about 2 minutes they finally put the proper... drink (only) on the screen right... They was fast, and friendly. The place was clean. When you placed your order, they could hear you, and you could hear them. Hot... food was fresh, and hot. The drinks was good and cold on the hot day. They fixed my Cherry Dr. Pepper just right, didn't have tocall back in,like I have had to at other Sonics, they got it right the first time. Pull into a stall and menu board was not working. Luckly one was open and moved to another one and that menu board was black... screen.You could still press button and order.Two drinks. So had to hand my bank card to the lady for her to go inside and runmy card. I enjoy going to Sonic very much. Maybe a better signing upfront to let you know this stall is closed. I went to the Sonic on Massard Avenue in Fort Smith on 6-9-22 around 6 p.m. I pulled into the last stall near the exit, but... there was an ?Out of Order? sign on it, and I had to back up and choose the second-to-last stall (Incidentally, multiple othercars pulled into this stall and angrily backed out again as I waited! In 10 minutes, I saw 4 cars pull into this lane and thenleave again. Some just left the restaurant.) The monitor in my stall was broken. I could hear the girl (barely) on the speaker,but I couldn?t see anything on the monitor. I tried to pay using my debit card as the girl in the speaker told me I could do,but apparently it didn?t ?take.? It is possible that it was waiting for instructions like entering a PIN. I had no cash, so Ihad to resort to giving the car hop my debit card, which made me uncomfortable. She brought it back and I could ?feel? the germson it. Everything over cooked, they forgot the gravy and only one tiny onion ring. Tots soggy.
If I could put no stars I would!!! My family just had the WORST SERVICE EVER. waited over 20 minutes for 4 blasts when there was... only 2 other cars waiting as well. During our wait we saw 3 employees walk in and out.. one went to go smoke in a car that justpulled up next to us... second person (probably not even a worker) with filthy clothes on went inside to get a cigarette.
