I was going to avoid mentioning my wait, but after seeing so many others with the same issues I'll speak up in hopes of... pressuring corporate to pay enough to get more people hired here. I've placed ASAP orders using the app at this sonic twice andarrived within 5 minutes, and both times I've had to wait 20+ minutes for my food while I watch people who arrived after me beserved and leave (and usually I only order a drink and one other item). Both times the screen said someone was bringing out myorder, but after waiting another 10 minutes I'd ring them up and it's "magically" the next one out, every time. Well this exactscenario happened the other day, and to top off my 30 minute wait the one breakfast burrito I ordered was missingeggs???????????. Only felt like writing this review because whoever was the blue shirt manager around 6pm on Oct 11th made thebest replacement burrito id ever had. I worked at Sonic before and 100% could tell from the fresh sausage crumble vs. a choppedup patty she went above and beyond with it. Appreciate you. Read more

Worst sonic in Arkansas they?ll make you sit in the drive through with no orders on their screens, while you waste your gas... after they tell you to pull up to the window with out ordering and just wait. And if they do take your order its gonna take 20min to serve 1 drink at the drive through. Every employee is usually on their phone or locked in conversation with another coworker rather than making food get out the door. Also don?t pay attention to the posted hours cause they close 30 min earlyevery night. Read more

I struggled to give this Sonic 2 stars but I realize we all have our off days. That's the only reason I didn't give them 1 star.... I used my Sonic app to order (at 11:36) a chili crunch wrap, a cheeseburger, mozzarella sticks and a large cherry coke zero, tobe picked up at noon. I pull in at 11:58 and let them know via my app that I was there. At 12:07 a lady comes out and says "mymanager wants me to let you know that we are out of Fritos and can't make the chili crunch wrap." WHY could I not have been toldthat when I showed up almost 10 minutes ago???? To make a long story short it was 12:16 when I finally got my food but to makemy experience even more miserable they left the cherry out my coke zero! Read more

I frequent this one because it's close to my college but i must say. They're consistent something wrong every time I go and it's... different every time. The buttons don't light up some times so it's impossible to know if it's been called. On top of that thestaff feels incompetent any time after noon. Sometimes taking more and 30 minutes for an order of 4 drinks, so if you want food,be sure to have a full evening planned for it. If the food actually gets to you in a reasonable time, there will certainly besomething wrong with it. If you can go to any other sonic, I personally recommend you do so, unless it's for breakfast. (Also,they need to change their sign, the promotions on it are almost always a month or even two behind) Read more

I had a visit at your store today and it was terrible we ordered a number 1 and a #2 sonic burger meal , my burger was cold as... the veggies that was on and had enough mustard on it to supply 3 sandwichs my fries was slightly cold , the best part of themeal was the mint in the bag. The best part ofy visit was the carhop lady that brought my food to me she was very polite andkind, and made sure we had everything. If I had to grade her ld give her an A+ all the way. Read more

I was trapped in the drive through line for 10 + minutes! There was a customer at the window for that entire time and the... employees did not ask them to pull into the waiting spot so they could take care of the other customers. When I finally wasable to get to the window I still had to wait for my food. I was not given a receipt, I am sure so that I wouldn't do thesurvey. This was all after I attempted to go to two different stalls to order that were not working. Last time I will ever gothere. Read more

I preordered on the app to be ready ?NOW? 10 min out. Get there wait over 20 min, screen said I should be getting my order. 5... min later I push button, still no order, ask if I should come to drive through because they have cars moving, they said theywould be right out. 5 more minutes I get my drink no food. They said they?d refund me!!! I?m like what? No one said that onthe intercom. I?m late for work now, no food, and when I tried calling no answer with 3 separate calls. No proof I?d get arefund. So 40 minutes for 1 tea and didn?t receive my JR burrito. Store hours 6AM. I was there at 7:15. Some one who walkedup and ordered got their order before me, several cars went through the drive through. Last time I ordered here in the morningI waited over 20 min and was hoping that was just a fluke. I do not recommend this location, I love Sonic! Read more

1 star because of the wait. We chose Sonic because we thought it would be faster than subway right next door. 18 minutes sitting... in line. I had a mobile order with pretzel and popcorn chicken and drinks ???? Probably not their fault because nobody can getenough help.
