Amazing place! I stopped by here for a quick snack from a road trip and am so happy to find a cafe with seatings and one that is... isn?t over crowded with students and people on their laptop. Also the employees here are so friendly - I see you guy for beingso nice and chatty with that fellow older gentleman telling you story of his family history. Also - clean facility with tablesspaced out comfortably! They heated my sandwich out so hot and toasty that I usually don?t get in my usual Starbucks spot. The manager of this place had the audacity to call me rude for questioning why they hadn't made my drink OR taken my order when... I arrived to the drive thru window. He said it was because it was busy and they had a whole new team that he was training.Honestly there's no reason why I had to wait 15 minutes through the drive thru and not have my order taken or made when it wassuppose to. It seems like the management of this place is more concerned with how they are spoken too versus the quality ofservice they're giving. People go through drive thru to get quick and efficient service which this location lacks. Not the firsttime I've had this happen either. Super friendly employees, very helpful. Super clean store ,floors , tables, food dispenser, counter .beautiful modern bathrooms... super clean. 6 employees waiting to help with good attitude and good service . Great staff and fast service. Love the size of this Starbucks. Edit- still love the physical location of this place. Such a... cool location and it?s beautiful inside. Only reason I dropped it to four stars is my recent experience. I assume the longhaired gentleman was the shift lead or manager. He was extremely frustrated with something and was very short tempered with hiscoworkers. Plus they had to make my drink three times. They lost my mobile order ticket and made it wrong twice. Very friendly & fast service at this newer Starbucks! Includes a drive thru, large seating area, comfortable chairs and a full... breakfast & snack menu. Good location on the newer side of town near developing areas. This Starbucks does not carry Nitro BrewCoffee. Read more
This used to be my favorite coffee place. But for the last several months it's been terrible. The store is always out of... syrups. I have placed mobile orders and still had to wait 20 minutes past time for my order to be ready. And my coffee nevertastes the same twice. Isn't there a recipe and measurements for drinks? Read more
