Placed an order through door dash - which they confirmed. 40 minutes later (and after the dasher has already arrived to pick up... my food), I get a call from doordash that they're having to cancel my order because the store "doesn't have some of the items"and apparently won't allow for edits or substitutions to my order to rectify the situation. This is the first time I've everexperienced anything like this from ANY restaurant in the Fort Smith area.... Shame. Read more

The young school age female working there alone this evening about 6pm was so very rude to the male customer in the drive... through. She yelled at him not once or twice but three times! He drove away and chose to NOT place an order. I had alreadyordered so I felt compelled to stick it out and stay. My food was suppose to be warm in toaster but was still frozen when I bitin to my sub. I did not complain as she was quite rude and I decided to take my food home to warm it up in the peacefulconfines of my own kitchen. If I choose to revisit a Subway in the future it will definitely NOT be this one. Read more

When they first opened it was great!!!!! I don't know who they have managing this place now, but, whoever it is, they need to... get their act together. They rarely answer at the drive thru anymore. When they do it takes forever. I just spent 11 MINUTESin the drive thru. That is insane. There is no reason for a customer to sit there for that long with ZERO other customers insight without an employee communicating with the customer letting them know what the hold up is. I wish they would bring Sunnyback. She was great!!!!! Read more
