Cannot believe the way i felt after eating here yesterday. Passing through town and was so hungry so we stopped. Got our food... and my husbands chalupas tasted off and my mexican pizza tasted off and smelled weird. Neither of us finished. Fast forward 3hours and I was sooooooooooooo sick! Never had food poisoning like that in my life. Started at 6pm and im still suffering. Westill have a 7 hour drive home and I feel so miserable. Yall need to check the cheese dates youre using because I am pretty surethat was some old smelly rotten cheese. I literally have never in my life felt this sick, haven't even slept due to constantlyhaving to get up to the bathroom. Read more
The Taco Bell on Hwy 71 South in Fort Smith is a joke! I moved to the area recently and we have gone there multiple times. Yet... every single time they jack up the order or we get flat out cold food that tastes like it came from previous shift. When I sawthe Nacho Fries were back I bragged and told my boyfriend how great they were, basically talking him into going and getting somebut of course they couldn't even get those right! They were cold and disgusting, but don't bother telling the staff about itunless you want to be treated even worse! The lady in the drive thru was rude and as cold as the food.....So word of advicenever go to that Taco Bell unless you're backed up and need help taking a dump! Read more
Disgusting place. Manager wouldn?t give me her name. Visiting corporate office tomorrow to file a former complaint. The... employees are high don?t care about your order the place is extremely unclean as are the employees clothes. Most look like theyhaven?t taken a shower in days. Just visit the one on Towson. Incident occurred August 7, 2022 @ 9:44pm. Extremely dissatisfied with the night shift lead Makayla level of misconduct,... misbehavior, and use of profanity towards me in front of my 4 years old daughter. Ordered items returned. Refused to give fullrefund. Left with no food, incorrect refund, and a police report made. Will be waiting a call from corporate/Human Resources. Read more
Booneville, Arkansas taco bell is disgusting! Dirty, filthy, smells like pee in the lobby. Floor is sticky wherever you walk,... the employees are shady and one even takes your order with sunglasses on. In the middle of the day. You wait forever for yourfood, which ends up being sloppily thrown together, and you get stared down by the people working there. The manager is short,skinny, dark hair and has terrible customer service. She is always yelling at her employees, and is rude to customers. Avoidthis store at all costs. I bought Nacho fries and a chicken chalupa. I tasted a fry it was cold but of course my cheese was hot. I got back in line and... they replaced the fries and gave 2 coupons because I had to come back.. lol.. I got to the light took a bite of my chalupa andit was cold . .. lesson learned don?t ever go to Taco Bell at 1057am .. you will be served last shift leftovers. Read more
I ordered ahead on the app and as a truck driver my only option is going into the lobby to get my food and they focused more on... the drive thru than anything took a couple minutes before anyone greeted me and then they cleared the entire drive thru before Ireceived my food 9 cars were in line btw just horrible Read more
