I have changed my review from 5 stars to 1 because tonight was awful, the staff was rude and we had horrible service. I ordered... through Doordash and you can NOT modify your order in the app so it says in order to customize you need to call so I called for15 minutes straight and no answer at all so we get to the restaurant and we informed them of how we wanted our order and wepulled up to the windows was handed our food and we checked our food and it was incorrect, they got a manager and she was reallyhateful not to mention we had hair in 3 of our 4 5 layer burrito.... probably going to be the last time I come to the towsonlocation because this makes the 2nd time I have came and got food and my order has been messed up Read more

Better than the Tacobell by my house, but they almost always have a long line and they frequently close earlier than their hours... show. Food is tacobell. Half the time it's cold, missing ingredients, etc...you know what you're getting here lol Read more

You were told not to grill the burritos you ignored the order placed. You were told there was an allergy and not to add tomatoes... but you put them on 2 tacos anyway once again ignoring the order placed. Sadly this is a re occurring thing at this location. Read more
One of the nicer taco bells we have in the area. If it's 2am and you're drunk then maybe you'll get a chance to meet one of our... areas finest that's probably just around the corner waiting for you to pull out or perhaps see the antics that only us rednecksare sure to bring to a night after a good bonfire. The drive thru attendant outside is very courteous and patient. The food is usually pretty quick getting out the window, but the... last 2 visits about a week apart , the Sierra Mist syrup was out. The 1st time it happened we had already left the store. Thesecond time it happened, I checked it..it was out then too. I told the window clerk that it was out. She offered to get mesomething else, but that would be a problem for the next customer wanting some sierra mist. So, I just asked if they could justchange the syrup. They may be short handed, but it's a customer service based business. She acted very short tempered about itbeing something simple. For that I suggest always checking your drinks before you drive away. Read more
Asking for extra beef in the drive through although charged never rendered more than normal results. Although for some reason... while ordering inside instead grants my wish. Crunch wrap supreme and or Nacho Bell Grande. Extra beef results are the same. Ifind this to be very odd. Read more
