I am there weekly and the wait staff is always very friendly the dining room needs to be tended to more often it's hard to find... a clean table even though the restaurant is empty. One of the girls that we usually deal with whenever she has free time she'salways hustling. They need a little bit more attention to that area other than just that one girl. I don't know if it's themanager or who she is but she's always yelling very loudly so everybody can hear calling out people to do certain things it'svery unprofessional. Staff was friendly and food was good. Our order was ready before we had our drinks filled.
Absolutely the longest time spent in a drive-thru!!! Our clue should have been the cars in front of us getting a first gear... scratch because the service was so slow and a couple left!!! In the store was 1 customer and at first 6 cars in front of us butas I said 2 left burning rubber. We sat in line 30 minutes before I called the store and asked why the line wasn?t moving and Ididn?t get a apology but just that they were short handed!!! As soon as we could figure a way out of the line we left too!!!Never even made it to the spot where you order. The car in front of us had been waiting at least 20 minutes to order and therewas 3 cars in front of them. If you have a order so large that it?s going to put the people behind them at a standstill then askthat car to pull up!!! Read more
I would frequently visit the Taco Bell on Rogers Avenue in Fortsmith. As of about eight months ago maybe nine months they?ve... taken on a new manager there and I tell you what the manager is so rude and disrespectful and it shows through her daytimeemployees we?ve complained to the district coaches and finally to their headquarters in Irvine California yet to see anythinghappen so we will stop going to Taco Bell being they do not respect their customers and they surely don?t respect the food thatthey make for the customers very poor Experiences at that store we will not return such such a nasty people.And on top ofeverything else that employees will argue with you and tell you they can?t make something which Taco Bell has been making forover 30 years incredible and so very incompetent Read more
Showed up during there business hours. I tried ordering online but it said everything I wanted was out/unavailable. I showed up... to order and wait in the drive through no worker responds. I tried saying something. No answer what so ever. I tried pulling upto the window to see absolutely no workers. The workers vehicles are parked outside though. I tried calling the business for noone to answer. I remind you this is during business hours. I drove out of my way to get taco bell for the workers to be doingwho knows what except working. I recently ate at this taco bell. The food is always great. But I have an issue with the hard taco shells. I had ordered the... hard tacos and the shells cracked easily and broke into more pieces just from handling them before I took a bite. Like they arethinner shells.The shells in the past would hold up better. Not break except where you took a bite. Had to eat my tacos with afork. Not cool. Read more
All of the burritos I ordered were under-stuffed. I'd guess there was about a half scoop of beans on my cheesy bean and rice... burritos and less than a half scoop of chicken on my grilled chicken burritos. At my request, the store replaced the threeburritos that the kids had started on with new CBR burritos. They were also filled so lightly that they were almost flat. I'venoticed that Taco Bell stores have a LOT of variation in food quality across different locations. This is one of the stores I'llno longer visit. It's either caused by improper employee training or overly thrifty owners. I worked in a Taco Bell during myschool years and the scoops are still the same size! Avoid this one, there's a much better TB down on HWY 71, south of town. Read more
