Why say 24/7 if I can?t go at 4 am after work to get some food because you?re ?closed? for the day. Then change your website to... say you close. Every time after 3am they?re always there to answer but never to take an order. But your employees can be outsidesmoking in their cars when customers are trying to order food. They do not know how to keep a drive thru running smooth, here's a hint. You take 3 orders then pause, then 3 more. Having to... wait 45 minutes because they play around in drive thru at night because their timers are off..ridiculous. Read more

I always place my orders from the Taco Bell app, because they have awesome rewards. Most of the staff there is pretty friendly.... It never fails though, every single time I pick up my order, there is always at least one item missing from it. Sometimes evenquite a bit of my order is missing. Because of this, I always make sure to check the bag, but the employees really need to stepup their game and check the orders. THAT'S PART OF THEIR JOB! The last time I ordered from there and went to pick it up, I wasin a really big hurry and had a pretty big order. So I asked the lady at the window, very nicely, if she could please check theorder and make sure everything was in the bag, because there's always something missing every time I get food from there. I seeher look inside the bag to make sure everything is there, then she handed it to me and said it was all there. I thanked her andwent on my way with my order. When I got home, I was handing everyone their food and sure enough, stuff was missing. ??????? Ireally love Taco Bell, but I shouldn't have to deal with this issue every single time I go there. Like what is this? Every time I go to this specific Taco Bell they always get my order wrong, my food is cold, these chicken... tenders are hard and there?s little to none sauce on it, and my cheese isn?t even melted. It really sucks cause Taco Bell isone of my favorite late night places to eat and my food is never made correctly. Read more
