In their defense they were super busy, the server barely checked our table , by the time the food got to us we were beyond... hungry but no one finished their plate, we got to go boxes and paid our way and left way over priced for the quality of food,and as we were leaving a manager was yelling at an employee she was fired. This Waffle House does NOT shut down or even remotely care about the safety of their customers when there are professionals who... have to come in and clean their vent hoods/grills. I saw how they treated these professionals (with snarky attitudes and no careto if the business was letting in customers or not, even after the professionals advised them numerous times that they had toclose down for an hour [out of the 24 they're open] to ensure the safety of their customers). No telling how unhygienic andgrimy the employees actually are at the establishment, or what they let do in the food as they cook it. I wouldn't even advisemy worst enemy to eat here after seeing such blunt disregard for their customer's safety. This Waffle House should be thankfulthat those professionals saved their restaurant from any grease fires the way management runs that place! Absolutely disgusting.If they're not reported to corporate, I will make sure the Arkansas Department of Health knows about them. Read more
It's a waffle house. Food was consistent with others across the country as expected. Service was decent as expected. Atmosphere... was strange but that's mostly due to the clientele at the time we were there. Otherwise it's just like any waffle house I'vebeen to. Read more
I don't remember who our waitress was but, she forgot about us after she delivered our food except for when she dropped our... ticket off. Thankful the cook and other waitress paid attention to our drinks etc. Read more
I'm sorry we didn't take any pics but the food was very rough. There was new cook with no experience and no time to train her as... it was busy. Bacon was super burnt, hash browns not fully heated on one edge and barely brown on the other edge. Lots of otherissues but nonetheless, it was a very poor experience and this seems to be the new trend at this type of restaurant. Thank youfor your time and I'm not sure if I would risk going to this location unless you are prepared to be very disappointed. Have ablessed day. P. S. Wow. We had had the WORST time ever what with experiencing car trouble, having to rent a car, having to drive back to get our... car, etc etc etc. FINALLY on the day we were able to leave to drive home, we decided to stop here for breakfast before hittingthe road. Best choice EVER! Tammy and the entire crew there were simply amazing. My eggs (always difficult to master underthe best of circumstances) were perfection. I had mentioned to Tammy our waitress how much I loved mixed fruit jelly and howdifficult it was to obtain ... bless her heart, she made a special effort to slip me an extra pack or two. We *never* lacked arefill on our drinks ... we *never* felt abandoned - - - honestly, the BEST Waffle House I've ever had the pleasure of diningat. This is the best waffle house I've been too. They were nice made sure we had everything we needed and ordered. Food was cook... perfect not burned or under cooked. I tipped the cook because he did an awesome job. The place was clean. All together I wouldrecommend going here to eat. A big thanks to the crew work there Read more
