Been coming here for 3 weeks off and on being that I?m in town for school and it?s the closest Tim?s to the college. My morning... coffee is always the red eye double double. The espresso machine has not worked or been out of service since I?ve been here andwhen I ask if they are ever going to fix it, all I get for a response is I don?t know. Real professional. I drive across town tothe other Tim hortons near the mall for my coffee now and never have an issue. I know no espresso is a minuscule issue but to bedown for 3 weeks straight? that?s obviously just a lack of care and poor customer service. Read more

Hands down the worst tim hortons service I have ever personally experienced in canada. More concerned about their drive thru... timer than customer service. Good thing there's 2 other locations in town because I will never go back there again. Read more

I picked my mother up from out of town, went to Tim Hortons near our RCMP office. My mom placed her order, the employee was not... paying attention to my mom placing her order, I ordered my order. I get our order and my mother's was not correct. I went tothe employee and told her what it should have been and the employee said to me "u people are hard to understand" ok I'mCaucasian, she was African , I says pardon me, we're u just discriminatory towards me? She says pardon me, I repeated back whatthe young lady said, I said if I said that to u, u would say your discrimination ...she says I don't understand, I said listenwhat u just said to me was discriminatory against Caucasian...what is your name please, she refused to give it. All the staffworking today heard our conversation, this was at 11am, 100st location, and the owner had just left the location prior to. Theyoung lady was rude and very unprofessional, then she charged my mother for the right order. Maybe Tim Hortons should make surethere employee can understand number 1, listen to your customers, if it wasn't for customers they wouldn't have there job,number 2 DO NOT ever discriminate. In all my 50 years never has anyone EVER spoken to me that way. How embarrassing to havemy mom in from out of town and have that type of behavior by an employee.. WOW Read more

The drive thru service was terrible. The girl wasn't paying attention to my order and was giggling and talking to a coworker. It... took 6 minutes to order an egg bagel belt combo with a dozen donuts and in the end they forgot egg on my sandwich. Read more

The girl taking orders inside at 8am shift on Tuesday is clearly high or something. I ordered a blueberry muffin and a large... coffee and she gave me a large steeped tea and chocochip muffin. This is the third time this is happening. Please train yourstaffs to be more mindful. Read more
