Went thru the drive thru around 2:30pm ,they wouldn't take any orders on the second speaker so we pulled to the window where the... lady was very rude and looked stoned .We ordered 2 caramel frappes but ofcourse they don't have caramel .So we went ahead andordered them anyway.Btw we had two orders and I tried to explain that girl at the second window when she rudely told us to pullup .so we did.they brought out our frappes which were melted .Then they left out our fries.They we're all straight up rudeperiod about everything.Like we were bothering them.NEWS FLASH customers are why YOU have a job.If you don't like us then findanother one! This isn't the best I've ever been to. Workers got to stop thinking EVERYONE is out to get them or make their day miserable. I... know this place has gotten alot of bad talk in The Valley so I decided to give them a try. I normally visit Taco Bell. Totallydifferent environment. Totally different feeling when you are placing an order and when you get to the window. On top of that,the fries were cold.
