I placed my order with the app. When I arrived I was asked if I came to get my order. That?s when they started working on my... order. I waited for 30 minutes, while the young lady fixed order. The other young lady had finished two orders and almost donewith a third before I got my food. What?s the purpose of using the app if you still have to wait? We went in for lunch 07/18/2022. They were out of almost everything. We stood in line 15 minutes and we only get a 30 minute... break. We ordered our sandwiches and the lettuce and tomatoes were frozen. The spinach looked like it had been cooked and theyhad no problem putting it on the sandwiches. Everything they had on that bar should?ve been in the trash and they should havejust locked the door. And, on top of that, the cashier had the nastiest attitude!!! The service is terrible and from reading the other comments we all have the same issue with the same employee. She is always... angry and she uses foul language in front of the customers. She makes customers feel like they do not need to be there and thatshe is doing us a favor by making our sandwiches, which are made poorly and she always makes remarks like she isn?t supposed toassemble the sandwiches the way the customers want it. Hi I am a driver I came in to deliver an order I called before I came to make sure they were open it was 9:11 PM at night she... informed me that the tuna had already been picked up I said no ma'am this is a philly cheesecake I'll see in a moment I getthere she's immediately rude Refuses to make the sandwich I have to call grubhub go back in and then she refuses to talk to himand then some poor guy there steps up and takes what she should have done and fixes it but she was really rude I felt like I wasgonna be assaulted trying to do my job because she can't do hers I also have video I would like to submit please contact methank you this happened in Fort Valley Georgia.
