Went back today and was still kind of disappointed. Some of the noodles for the soup were dried out. The lettuce in the salad... bar was frozen (wet looking leaves) before being put out. Most of it was brown and weepy looking. Most of the pizza crusts werenot cooked throughly enough-it was too doughy. Management seemed friendly enough today. Come on guys! Everything about Cicis was mediocre. Nothing was bad. The decor was plain and a bit worn. Despite having what appeared to be... enough staff, lots of the tables were not bussed. The pizza was chewy with not much in the way of toppings. Some didn't seem tohave any sauce, just cheese and a smattering of toppings. The salad bar was also pretty limited. Food is how it's always been, a solid C- to D+ range. But the change over time that stuck out to me is the tired interior and... the stunningly steep price for the quality of food you receive. Employees seem very attentive and hard working, so absolutely noissue with any of them. Read more

Today will be the last time we ever eat at this CiCi?s location. The cups we were given for our fountain drinks were covered in... a thick greasy coating and smelled. When I asked for paper cups/Togo I was told I would have to pay for it. The credit cardsystem was down and I didn?t want to have to stand in line again and wait 5 minutes while my card was programmed into a lap top.So we sucked it up and used water cups. We are regulars here so it was very disappointing with the experience we had today. Aswe are leaving I asked my sons to go in the bathroom and wash their hands, while waiting by the bathrooms the kitchen door wascracked so I could definitely see everything going on, as I look down I see a cockroach alive in the ground on its back movingaround but that?s not the worst part, the smell comity from the back kitchen would knock a horse out. It smelled of rotting foodand old feet. I gagged all the way to my car knowing I had just eaten in this establishment. Completely grossed out. I?ve workedin the service industry 16 years, the Gm should be ashamed. The district manager should be aware and the owner of thisfranchise. I was visiting from Texas and I must say this Cicis has amazing customer service! Ruben (register guy) always had a smile on... since we walked in until we left and was super friendly at all times when we approached the buffet. Bus Tim was on it cleaningand picking up our plates as well as having such a great friendly attitude. Others were also cleaning as they were not busy.Great Job overall!!! Ruben and Tim, AMAZING! Staff is always friendly and the restaurant is kept clean. They could use more of a variety when it comes to pizza. This place was awsome. Honestly, it would be kind of hard to fail with a pizza buffet ha ha ha. But hes the pizza was great!... Unlimited cinnamin rolls as well! My kind of place!
