They are always hustling at this Domino's location and my orders are always fresh and ready within the quoted time online. The... people working there are always friendly too. A lot of these reviews sound like they are for the Beal st. loaction. I used toget my pizza there but they always had crazy wait times and not the greatest customer service. I placed an order today at 11:15pm. The customer service rep wasted my time placing my order. I was trying to let him know... exactly what I wanted and he was reading off every item on the list slowly. It took 15 minutes for me to place an order for himto go silent on the call. He then said he was going to contact the store directly. He put me on hold. It?s now 12am and thestore is closed. I would leave zero stars if I could. It is very clear that their curbside pickup and delivery are their priority. I will never... step foot in there again. I walked in to place a carryout order. They said it would take 30 minutes. I walked in at 35 minutesto pick up my order and the lady told me it would be at least another 30 minutes. They had 5 other orders in front of mine andhaven?t started my order yet. I asked if I could cancel and she said no but I can give you a complementary brownie for yourwait. I said I would not like a brownie and I guess I?ll just have to wait and went back out to my car. I came in 30 minuteslater to get my order and she said she thought I cancelled my order because I went outside. It?s tiny in there so I didn?t wantto wait inside. I will say she did apologize and immediately started making my order but it was nasty. It was super greasy, thecrust was soggy and the pizza wasn?t even cut enough to eat. I had to recut it at home. It took an hour and 20 minutes to get mycarryout order. If they would have been honest with me, and told me an hour, I would have declined and not placed the order. Itwasted so much of my time. She did offer again to give me a drink or desert, which I do appreciate the offer, I just wanted mypizza in a reasonable amount of time and honesty. I really like Dominos pizza, and I order from them often. Today I called at 11:45 am to order a pizza and I was told it would... not be delivered until 3 pm, was that okay? Over 3 hours to get a pizza!?! They explained that they had two large orders andwouldn't be able to start my order until 2:30 pm. Seems like (to me) they should be able to take large orders and still servetheir regular customers. Not the case I'm told, so I'll be calling Papa John's and ordering from them. Will I come back whenthey decide they have time for me? Not sure yet. So, it's two weeks later now, and I called again to have two pizza'sdelivered. This time it was going to be an hour and a half before they could get to my order. Again, I'm calling Papa John'sfor my lunch as Domino's isn't able to complete the order in a timely manner. I ordered delivery and when I received my pizza and I started eating it there was a piece of cardboard under my cheese that I... almost ate. I called to tell them and express how upset I was because my child was eating the pizza also, the young man I spokewith told me that I could get a free pizza on my account for next time. I usually order the pasta primavera and occasionally an order of bread sticks. The pasta primavera has been amazing majority of... the time. There was two occasions were there was hardly any vegetables in it. The cheese breadsticks are always hot and perfect.The staff is friendly, especially the young girl with the light blue eyes who is short. She always remembers my name and has myorder ready when I come in. I wish they wore name tags so I could address her name. Overall, I?ve been ordering from dominosmore than any other pizza place.
