Seriously love Cesars product. Customer service is sloowwwwwwww. They need more workers I ordered online was promised at a... certain time and still had to wait an extra 25min. So here's the deal. My family has order from this place for over a year now (this is why i put 2 stars instead of 1)and... something really disappointing just happend .My mother ordered 1 pizza , 1 container of wings and some crazy bread at 1:13 pm(she ordered them online) ,it said it would have been ready at 1:45pm .My mother and me got at the store at 1:50pm.We went inand we asked how long it was gonna take for the pizzas to be ready because they still weren't ready , and the guy said " notready yet " and left... so we go and pick up my brother from his school becuase it was time to pick him up.On the way to theschool , we called Little Ceasars at 2:00pm and asked when the pizzas we going to be ready and the same guy responded "come inand ask us"....And then he hanged up. When we already did . Mind you a whole hour has passed now , while im writing this at 2:24,the pizzas are still not ready.I don't know the reason why the pizzas weren't ready yet , he obviously didn't want to tell us.Iqlso noticed that the same thing was happening to other customers . Just throw the whole store away! They never have hot n readys' and you going to wait at least 30 minutes even if you order... online. Doordash orders are never ready!!!! They need corporate to come and reorganize that whole crew. Read more

Waited around 5 minutes just for someone to acknowledge I was there and take my order. Was told the wait for 2 pepperoni pizzas... would be 10-15 minutes but ended up being over 30 minutes. Someone came in 2 orders behind me ordered 3 pizzas and they gottheirs before me. Just a reminder of why I never go here. Read more

This place is a disaster it is run by teenagers, There?s nothing wrong with teenagers provided they have proper training and... proper supervision,no supervision no adult on the premises at all times. Half my orders they get right the other half the ordersthey don?t get, I called it in, they don?t seem to get it, I ordered at the counter and it still don?t seem to get it, so whatis a person to do? And I don?t have anything hot and ready for 4-8 at least never that I?ve walked in there. Read more

Usually I don't leave a review for a store but this one definitely deserves one. It was rush hour and pizza's where flying out... the door for customers. There was a bit of a wait for some customers (20 minutes or so). But, even with the flurry of customers(some visibly impatient). They remained courteous and ensured orders where correct. Any "injustice" of waiting more than 20minutes was greeted with an apology and a complimentary side. Definitely coming back. 10/10 Read more

Pizza was good. Girl at the counter wasn't able to make change of $0.59 because she didn't have quarters. I literally had to... inform her that 5 dimes were fine. This is a huge pet peeve of mine. Businesses really need to teach employees how to countchange without the register and apparently that other coins add up to the required amount. Read more

Ordering online was super fast & easy. Picking up my delicious large pepperoni pizza & bread sticks within a 15 min time frame... was a totally cool experience. It has obviously been a while since I've ordered Little Caesars & picked it up. I think it'spretty neat that all you need to do is type your "code" into their "pizza warmer time saver" & pull your own food out of thecompartment. It was Hot & Ready for sure! I skipped thru the long line of customers they had in there last night, which wasAwesome & most convenient! Plus, I spent LESS MONEY with Lil Caesars, than other local pizza places.
