Ordering took 10 minutes. Paid. Pulled to the front. Waited another 10 minutes. An employee bring two bags of food out. He... hands it to the car in front of me. He puts his hand in the bag to see that it was not his order. The employee takes it andreaches his hand in the bag. He brings the bag back inside. Another employee reaches her hand in the bag and brings it to me. After 3 different hands in my order. I threw it away. Thanks so much Read more

I waited in line 7 minutes after I ordered. When I got to the window all the crew was over by the front door looking at a baby.... The girl came to the window and didn't know what I ordered. It gets worse every time I go. The other McDonald's is so muchbetter but this one is closer to my work. I'm just about through going here anyway! Read more

Waited 30 minutes for a mobile order even after there were only 2 cars in the drive thru. 8 cars came and went before I ever got... my food. It seemed as though they only came to bring me the food after I came and looked in the doors I understand they areunder construction and possibly understaffed but if that's the case you guys should be paying Then more money to get morepeople in there to help them. I saw there was a large order through the drive-through but that still doesn't make muchsenseConsidering they were able to send 8 cars through before they ever brought me my food I honestly think that they weretrying to take 2 orders out at once Since someone got food mobile for pick up after me and they waited there for 20 minutes andthey had 2 items. I'm not saying you guys are doing a bad job I'm saying that you need more staff and probably need to go aheadand pay everybody more since they're doing so much work. Read more

Keeping it simple. 1. Staff needs to be more responsible in completing orders! Missing items on many orders while sitting here... for only 20 mins. 2. Place clean &restroom clean. 3. The milk shake machine out of order and 1 of 2 fountain machine is out oforder. 4. Staffs are polite. 5. Young man with a beard Vaping in the dinning area in front of other staff near bathroom. Not agood example. Don?t recommend and NOT COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION! Read more

So it started at an other location where I ordered 2 large frappes through the app and upon arrival a very disrespectful guy... talked to me at the drive through where he checked me in (charged my card) and waived me to the second window. At the secondwindow I was told that they don?t have the drinks I have ordered (yet they went ahead and charged me anyway!) and I need to picksomething else or otherwise I?ll have to get on the phone with customer service to get a refund. I asked why did they charge mefor something that they knew they don?t have but I didn?t get an answer. Gave me an option to drive across town to pick up myorder so I went with it. When arriving at this location from across town I was told that I had to park and go inside I cannotjust get my drinks I drove here for at the drive through window. After some wait I was presented with two sorry looking frappesthat was only filled to about ¾ of the way. I asked if I may have two full drinks as I?ve paid for it and it?s not a favor forme like they have handled it. I?ve got attitude but luckily a nearby manager told them to fix another one. So after drivingthrough town and waiting for a while to get what I?ve paid for I got even more attitude and another set of sorry looking ¾ cupof frappes. At that point I just gave up and walked away to share my story as a cautionary tale in case you would think aboutgetting anything from a Fort Walton Beach McDonald?s. Edit: Forgot to mention that throughout all this I haven?t get on apologyand the second set of frappes were basically just a ¾ cup of coarsely grind up ice with some coffee mix. Read more

The McDonald's on Eglin was terrible. We were the only customers in thr restaurant, yet the majority of the tables were dirty.... We stood at the counter for about 10 minutes before someone finally showed up to take our order. When I received my burgers,they had been left in the warmer for so long that the buns were hard. When I went to the counter to have it fixed, I waited 5more minutes for the guy to come back to the front, but during that time I saw him in the back of the kitchen area talking tosomeone. I finally got my order fixed. I ordered 2 strawberry pies for my daughter and was told it would take 5 minutes. 8minutes later we go to the front to check on our order and end up standing there waiting for another 5 plus minutes forassistance. Meanwhile, there were several employees walking through the front area, but no one even asked if we needed anything.Our visit occurred on Monday, August 22 at 4:30 pm. This is hands down one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. Read more

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. We order 2 milkshakes and a basket of fries. They charged us with a different order and... the attempted to charge us again at the second window for the same wrong order. When I told her we'd already paid, she tried togive me a 3rd wrong order. I tried to explain what was happening and was asked to wait, eventually handed a bag of fries, andasked to pull around to wait for milkshakes. 45 minutes later, 45 MINUTES, I decided to walk in and check at which time I wasagain asked to wait a few moments, finally someone of authority asked if I'd been helped, after explaining again she apologizedand then made and gave me my milkshakes so I left. I'm not generally one to complain and I'm patient. Save yourself the headacheand go to a different McDonald's 5 minutes up the road. Read more

Guy that took our order was rude, the lady at the window was even worse. It?s all about customer service, and these people had... none. We got asked by 4 different people what our order was, then the lady got mad and huffed at us bc she got our order wrong.These people need to learn some major customer service skills, especially if working with the public.
