This Papa John?s is probably the worst I have ever ordered from. This is the third time I have ordered delivery ahead of time... and my food has been an hour late or more! I never receive a phone call to inform me the food will be late, and the managernever apologizes. He just says ?you need to understand we are short staffed?. HORRIBLE customer service. I bought the extra stuffed pepperoni crust. Barely had any in there one of the slices had a slice and a half of pepperoni on it.... All the pizzas were overcooked. I've gotten several from the Navarre Papa John's delicious! Recommended these to my family andwant a bunch for them horrible! Read more

We were on vacation and wanted pizza. I ordered on line and it was ready by the time we got there. Very good pizza too!!
I am very disappointed with my order and the customer service at this location. Speaking to the General Manager Sarah Beharens... and the lack of common courtesy and standards she has for the location she is overseeing at the time is very disappointing. Ilet her know the situation of are pizza being old literally stale and she said ?that?s not their fault and nothing we can dobecause we arrived 10 minutes after order was ready. 10 minutes to get up. The pizza should still not be absolutely cold andstale. I had to throw the pizza away with caution or not knowing how old or long that pizza has been sitting and couldpotentially make my kids sick. Very disappointing figuring even the management have poor customer services.Do not WASTE YOURTIME eating at this location.
