The epic pepperoni stuff crust was good, just as expected. We also ordered a thin crust with ????, pepperoni, and ham. There was... VERY little bacon. And the crust was soggy. I?m not sure if this is how it is supposed to be, but it was definitely a letdown.Delivery was faster then expected. And they followed the directions we left for them. If you want a glimpse of the future of the US and the braindeads that run it, come visit this store and repeat these steps: 1.... Walk in after 9:30 and have them ask you if you're picking up. 2. Say no and tell them you haven't placed an order yet. 3. Havethem tell you carry-out is closed and that last call was 9:30. 4. Look around at the blank expressions of the employees and askwhat they're doing if carry-out is closed but pick up is still available. 5. Listen to them ignore your previous question andexplain that delivery is still available. 6. Ask if you can place a delivery order to the parking lot and listen to them respondno. 7. Leave in a rage because you're a logical person and nothing about this experience made any sense. Worst Papa John's Pizza Ever! We placed our standard order but it was the first time from this location - Ft Walton Beach FL -... where we are here visiting. The pizza was so bad I'm not sure if we'll come back to the chain again, though upon readingcurrent Yelp reviews I see that we're not the only ones with similar complaints. The crust tasted doughy and half baked; mostof the ingredients were dumped in the center of the pie instead of being sprinkled allover. It tasted totally gross and wewish we had taken a photo before eating one bite and throwing it out! Awful, awful, awful! Ordered my food online for pick up. Went right passed the original ready time. After 15 mins of extra time I went in. They had... to find my order. There was no tag on it now was it the cheese pizza I ordered. I got a plain pizza that was over cooked. 45mins after picking it up, they acknowledged the order was completed. I understand about being short staffed but my food wasunder a bunch of delivery pies. The delivery drivers (3 or 4 of them) we're coming and going. There were also other peoplecoming for pick up after me that left before me. So I'm going with unorganized is there problem. I love papa johns but the last three times I?ve order from this one the delivery service has been slow, there was very little... toppings on both the meats and the Hawaiian, and the original crust was extremely thick around the edges. Ordered 2 with extra cheese and pepperoni. Delivery of less than a mile away was listed as 60-70 minutes which sounds ridiculous... for a Monday night. It got here after only about 50 minutes which was nicer than over an hour but the pizza was barely warm. Thepizza itself was made very well and had a good amount of toppings. The delivery driver was a very nice woman who sociallydistanced and wore a mask so we really appreciated that. Pizza and driver get 5 stars but the time for delivery gets 1 star.
