Ordered a pizza and bread sticks for delivery to the Best Western Fort Walton Beachfront at 859 pm on a Thursday and got order... at 940 pm. It arrived mostly warm. Wife made the mistake of ordering thin crust rather than hand tossed. The hand tossedmight've stayed warm longer. Still a gallant effort by Pizza Hut. Read more
Sunday the 28th I ordered the 2 one topping pizza special. I added one extra topping. The amount of toppings on both pizzas... were minimal at best. Delivery guy was awesome. Manager was horrible. After calling twice about the wrong order he kept telling me I was calling the... wrong number (which I was was transferred from) the same number i ordered my pizza from. I ordered my food then an hour later it?s out for delivery, I wait and nothing comes. I call 45 min after it?s out for deliver... and the employee tells me it should be here any minute, we wait another 40 min and on hold for 20 min to be told by the customerservice-less manager it was canceled because they need to contact me for no contactless delivery when my order clearly saidbring to room or front desk. She argued the policy with me, after clearly understanding I?m in a hotel on a trip and waisted mytime. 7:22 out for delivery to find out at 9:15 it was canceled. Read more
