The food was pretty good. Mussels where AMAZING. Our server, she was super nice and tried as best as she could to keep up with... all tables she had. She was awesome actually, given the stress she was under. Very kind, brought everything we asked and as weasked for it. There's too few waiters and people working for a saturday night ( sat May 14). We ordered 9 different entrees andwe didn't get one until after everybody was more than halfway through their meal... bc one of the servers that was helping ourserver LEFT IT OUT inside caus she forgot. I loved loveddddd our waitress! We were a party of 8. We got appetizers pretty quick and it did take a bit for our food... considering our table size. Our food was full of flavor, so whoever the cook is..shout out to you. We were so full we couldn'teven order desert. My only complaint is the alcohol drinks, we weren't looking to get drunk, just couldn't taste any alcohol.Other than that, everything was good ???? Read more
This Red Lobster has a really nice location next to the water. The first thing I noticed was the huge parking lot. It wasn't... quite so busy, but I could hardly imagine the entire parking lot being full. Thankfully, it seemed like a slow night for aFriday night. Maybe during the peak of the season it's packed to the gills. My server was named Kobe. Attentive guy and had agood attitude????. I never had a want for anything. He even let me bag up my leftover biscuits so they didn't go to waste. Idid the Pick 3 dinner with two sides. After reading some of the other reviews about bad rounds of food coming out, I wadskeptical, but the food turned out great and exactly what I expected. I had the gish and chips. The fish was a nice big piece if cod with fries and slaw. It was really good. My wife had the shrimp... Cesar salad with full size shrimp. She said it was delicious. TL:DR - Order here, but not through doordash NO MATTER WHAT your situation is. 5 stars for restaurant only, NOT for my doordash... experience. I ordered biscuits and chicken at 635 tonight. At 714 (1 minute before it was supposed to arrive at my hotel), mydasher cancels the order. I call the restaurant and find out that my dasher Carl/Karl picked up the order, left the restaurant,then CANCELED WITH DOORDASH AND STOLE MY FOOD. The way he canceled it was not fully, so it sent 3 other dashers to pick up foodthat was no longer there over 30 minutes. I went through the red lobster website but they deliver through doordash. It was hellon the phone with customer support (for doordash) but pleasant every time I called into this Red Lobster. Maddie (or Maggie?)helped me place my order again since I was really hungry and the rest of my family already had their food made and waiting on meto get mine taken care of. Jeff helped with the payment situation but apparently it still has to go through doordash eventhough doordash said it was on the restaurant. So I will have to wait about 3+ days before I see if my refund for the firstorder goes through... but if it doesn't then I lose $10 in fees and tip. Regardless, Jeff did everything he could and let meknow i could always call back if there is an issue to see if he can do more. Food was great. Scarfed half of it down before Igot these pictures but it was A+. Still wish they had the old style chicken but this kind is okay too. Employees wore maskswhich I really appreciated. Went for lunch and it was AWESOME! We were able to sit outside at a wonderful water front table.The food was so hot and fresh.... We had the stuffed mushrooms for a starter. Off of the Lunch menu my wife had the flounder, and I had the dish with popcornshrimp, flounder, and shrimp scampi. Everything was flawless. Finally our server was top notch. I can't speak highly enough ofhim. He was able to top off one of the best experiences I have ever had. I wish I could remember his name. Hats off to you Sir.Thank you! Read more
