I originally gave this location 5 stars. My recent experience was not good; ruined the beginning of my day. I rarely go inside... because they take forever & seem to have issues keeping track of the orders. Once the staff gets going they don?t look up,stop, or notice they?ve made a mistake. At least this was my experience. The drive thru line can be long but I?ve had noissues. The manager offered to redo my order; I declined. Offering something free doesn?t take away the feeling of beingignored and shuffled over. This location serves a lot of local residents, do better. Read more
Can't go wrong with an iced coffee and the lady at the window was wonderful.
I'm a little disappointed, I asked for two opportunities to give me the strong cappuccino, with 3 shots of coffee they didn't do... it, I'm sorry to give it few stars they are very kind but they should be more careful Read more

Really disappointed in the fact that I waited for my drink longer then someone who came 10 mins after I ordered. I guess some... people are more important then others at this specific Starbucks. Typical blue state style Starbucks. If you can't or don't want to wear your mask this is NOT the Starbucks you want to visit in... town period. For the most part this is as close as you can feel yourself in San Francisco Bay area in Florida Panhandle. ????Employees are friendly and orders are made exactly by request. Read more
Ordered a peppermint mocha decaf. (Can't have caffeine because of medical issues). They said they were out of decaf and out of... the chocolate sprinkles on top and out of chocolate syrup. There was something else but I can't remember. I couldn't believethey were out of a lot that day. So I was forced to buy a hot chocolate and add the peppermint syrup inside. I finally get mydrink and there's barley any whip cream on top and the drink wasn't even filled to the rim like always. I'm thinking there was alot of foam that went down as I walked to my car and opened the lid. Because this is what it looked like. Overall badexperience.
