We arrived around 1045, promptly put in our orders and with 0 line and only two cars in drive thru it took over 10 minutes for... one grilled stuffed burrito and nacho fries. I'm not sure who hired the girl in drive thru, you're obviously still training her.... since I've been through twice and she has... help. My point is she's very rude, and second how can you not give correct change when you have a register that tells you yourcorrect amount to give back! When I ask for my change I'm given an attitude. Then you sling my food out the window and think I'mdone! You still haven't given me my change or my drink. At this point I'm done. Waited at drive through to order. A male said it would be just a second. Several minutes later I asked if I should still wait.... They didn?t answer so I drove to the window and Sea-Ana told me ?he told you to wait for a minute didn?t you hear him?!?? I ordered two steak Chalupa?s with extra sour cream and I got a chicken Chalupa with no sour cream and a Chalupa with two pieces... of meat and no sour cream. Nobody was wearing hairnets. I went through the drive-through and was told to come inside to place myorder and once I walked up to the counter they told me to go to the kiosk. The person who made my order said it was only theirsecond day. So you would think somebody would be helping him or checking his work before he sends out food with no meat on itand a totally wrong order. Consistently horrible service. Go anywhere else. Let this place go out of business. If you can't understand drive thru orders... for whatever reason, for Goodness sake, don't reprimanded or correct the customers. . At that point just quit and go home, youdon't belong in food SERVICE. A broken clock is correct more often. I placed my order, waited 25 mins and got a cold mushy no longer crunchy wrap and no apologies for the wait or anything. Just... some young feminine kid dropping my almost food into my lap and walking off. Worst taco bell experience of my life. Read more

Slow, rude, and every table was dirty. Bought a couple of boxes and a couple of meals (had 3 kids and my wife). All food was... tossed in one bag and nothing marked. Wouldn't be a problem but the accumulation of all made this a terrible experience. Read more
