Stay away from this location. Manager is a control freak. While staying in the area for personal business and trying to decide... if I wanted to move here, on two separate occasions this man singled me out and told me I was to eat and get out. I had hoped touse their free wifi service during my meals while working. As a traveling photographer, I rely on local establishments to assistwith posting to Facebook, answering emails and other marketing and business tasks I do from my phone to be able to run mybusiness. Especially since my computer was recently stolen. Manager profiles people he believes are homeless. Avoid this tacobell. Read more

I was hopeful that this place was making a change for the better because it was under new management. After this evening I... realized that nothing could be further from the truth. I ordered the 12 taco pack; 6 crunchy, 6 soft. I asked for the lettuce tobe put on the side. That's the only thing they got right. When I got home I noticed that one of the tortillas on the soft tacoswas completely orange from grease. That's when I went to inspect the rest of them. Every single one of them was full ofgrease...???? To make matters worse, I called the store in hopes of getting them remade and was told by the unprofessional andRUDE manager that, "it's great food so I dunno what you was expecting. I can remake them but they still gonna be greasy becauseI made it myself. I mean, I dunno what you want me to do. " And all of the times I have eaten there not once has the food EVERbeen greasy. I always have the worst experience here with the evening/night crew. I went today and the woman at the window acted like I was... inconveniencing her. They ALWAYS put lettuce on my taco when I always ask for it without. I literally expect it now. That?s thefirst thing I check before I leave and it?s 99% of the time wrong. Employees there are nice in front of the customers if they choose to actually talk to the customers when they come into the... building, on three occasions in a row I have not gotten what I have ordered. My order is very simple one Mexican pizza, 1 Softshell taco, and 1 brean burrito minus onions... Yet somehow every time it ends up with onions. I also love how when asked whatsauce do you want and you tell them and they either give you the wrong sauce or none at all. I ignored it the first time thesecond time I talk to a supervisor on the night shift and told him my issues. To comp me by coming in whenever I was availableand I could reorder up to what I paid for on the 1st receipt, but the third time being today. 04/05/20 Ok well here's a up date.. was good, the order didn't come out right. Went and told them they fix it. The food was good and hot, we dine in.
