What an awesome restaurant. We are here visiting and most of the restaurants we have visited have been overpriced and under... delivering. Well, that wasn't the case for this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious. The prices are more than fair ifanything, they're probably a little too low. Went into Charlie's today to order some dinner. The lady working the front counter was helpful, but the food was horrible. I... ordered a ham and mushroom calzone and a lasagna with sausage. When I got home I opened up the packages and to my surprise thereare no mushrooms in the calzone and my lasagna was a container of sauceless linguine with two sad pieces of mushy eggplant onit. I called the restaurant to nicely let them know that there was a mistake in the order and instead of offering to make itright the response was "I know I wrote it down right." There was no offer to make it right or anything so I ended the call. Iwill not be going back here because of the lack of customer service and the inability to get a order correct. Also, the calzonewas basically just a burned piece of dough stuffed with a bunch of cheese. For over $30 I expect a correct order. I will nevergo back there again and I recommend that others follow my lead. Read more

It use to be great Charlie not there anymore if you?ve eat in you might be ok but takeout is terrible pizza still ok but their... platters have changed over priced for what you get now. It was always pricey but Charlie gave you platters that were worth ittried a couple times not going back anymore if you complain they don?t try to fix it.for new customers they might not notice howit?s Changed cake slices half of what they use to be. The food is good, you get a lot for the price. The gyro meat isn?t fresh cut off a shawarma. If it was they would get 5 stars... from me. Either place your order online or in person. I tried calling and was on hold for 15 minutes than hung up on and theydidn?t answer again. Read more

Excellent food and service (5 star), however as soon as you walk in you smell smoke instead of the aroma of great food. It... really destroys the atmosphere and experience, so tell the chef to smoke out back instead of in the kitchen! Read more

I tried the Souvlaki while girlfriend got the Reuben special, both delicious. Extremely friendly staff, I forgot my credit card... in the restaurant and they were so kind that they caught up to me in the parking lot and handed it to me. Great little place! Had been here 15-20 years ago, and the food is still fantastic. They have great meatballs (you can order 2... as an appetizer), and they have some of the best grape leaves I've ever had! Their pizza is also very good (I don't usually eatpizza crust, but do here)! We also enjoyed the gyros! The service here is good too!! The place is a bit cramped/small though,but definitely cozy!! Read more
