That lady on the phone is so RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! She does not need to be answering the phone if she always have an... attitude. I've gone twice. The food is much better than all the other Chinese food restaurants in the area. My new favorite.
The food is sometimes good and sometimes ok, but that woman they have answering the phone to take orders is the most rudest... condescending person for customer service. She does not know how to speak to people. Read more
Once a few year ago, the lad y that answered the phone had a very bad attitude so me and my family stopped ordering from them. ... Now today I call to place my order and this same lady is on the phone yelling as if she is talking to a two year old child.Customer Service is severely lacking here. On top of getting back to the bad customer service it seems as though my pricechanges even if I place the same order but they refuse to provide an itemize receipt. I do not know why this restaurant believesit will continue getting customers when you have this type of service. I order here all the time and give a good tip and the lady who takes the order is usually rude but tonight when I called she put... me on hold in the middle of ordering and took another person's order that just called. And then took a while so I hung up andcalled back and said I was in the middle of ordering and she literally YELLED at me and hung up on me! That's horrible customerservice. If I could give this place minus stars I would. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I have returned numerous times to... experience the same bad service and rudeness. Today was the breaking point. I believe it is a husband and wife and the husbandis a bit more cordial. Overall, they are rude and seem to not want customers by hanging up on me before I have placed my phoneorder, speaking abruptly upon arrival and giving the impression that extra ketchup or tartar sauce carries the same weight asgold. I will prepare my own Chinese food before returning to this establishment. I have tried to support our local businessesduring the Pandemic but this is one business that I would rather see disappear. Please don't support them or accept thetreatment that you are subjected to from this establishment.
