I feel like Tropical Smoothies are notorious for their slow service and understaffing. Typically this is why I do not frequent... the locations closest to my home. But not this Tropical Smoothie! They get it right! I get my hair done near this location andI stop into this Tropical Smoothie after each appointment. Their service is always swift. Food is always correct. I always order a edible straw & they never ever put it in the bag like if you don?t have it why still have it in the menu ?

Drive through only service. Took too long (22 minutes) to get two smoothies (which were delicious). Not worth it if you have... limited time. Perhaps it was an off day but when I got to the drive thru window to pay, a few employees did not seem engaged,and they were really slow. I've had more success with this location by placing a delivery order from Uber. May cost a few bucksmore but if your time is more valuable, this is the way to go. Read more

I confirmed the items 2 times, and confirmed that the additional sauces that by the way are the reason I eat there, and 2 times... they stated the sauces were in the bag. I get home, and low and behold not only is the sauces I requested not there, but thesauces that come with the food is also not correct. The three cheese chicken quesadilla that is supposed to come with roastedtomato salsa instead had some other lighter color salsa. In addition, I ordered a beach club salad for my spouse, that normallycomes with salsa ranch, & instead inside they put regular ranch. I also want to note that the customer service experience isless than. Bottom line, If I can't get what i truly want, and requested, very specifically, mulitple times then I would just eatat home out my fridge. Why am I driving to a place to pay my earned money, waste time, and gas... to get what ends up beingsomething I really didn't want and deal with not so nice people. All around, less than acceptable experience, from a place thatcharges top dollar for grill cheeses, bananas, and smoothies. This isnt the first time, but it is the last, as I am fed up! I'llbe going to back to Chic Fila where I can get exactly what i order, including sauces, and get an amazing customer serviceexperience. Today is May 21st 2022 and I have just exsperinced some of the worst customer service from any Tropical smoothie cafe ever. The... drive thru cashier for store MD058 needs a better understanding of what it means to serve the public. A simple THANK YOU ANDYOU'RE WELCOME goes a long way. Read more

I ordered the Cajun shrimp wrap, it only had 2 shirmp. The buffalo chicken wrap had so much buffalo sauce I could barely eat it.... Not to mention they took too long. I don't mind the wait and the price increase but food was terrible Read more

Customer service here has been exceptional every visit. Our food and drinks are usually consistently perfect ????. The past 2... weeks or so our smoothies have been tasting a bit watered down like they are using less fruit and/or more ice. Also be awarethey are branded as healthy but add unnecessary sweetener to the smoothies. It's already sweet from fruit so I ask for itwithout added sugar. Read more
