Food was not good. Ordered lollipop chicken but gave hot wings. We asked if the order got mixed up but said they serve as such.... I never had lollipop chicken that had wings. The dish was not lollipop. Also had lamb korma, it was not good. I felt sauce andmeat was cooked separately. Because when you have just the meat, there is no seasoning and korma flavor. I felt meat was addedlater as per serving not cooked as one dish. Chicken biriyani was flat for me. Overall experience was not good. To theowner...off-coarse i will finish the meal since I paid for it. Why waste food???? Read more

Great atmosphere, tasty, high quality Indian food. I live in the area and have been to Palace of Asia a number of times. The... decor and restaurant atmosphere is upscale, quiet and pleasant. The food is tasty and authentic, and the chef will take specialrequests: more or less spicy and low salt for my uncle with a heart issue. The quality of the food is definitely above averagecompared to other Indian restaurants in the area. I recommend the restaurant to all and everyone. The lunch buffet is a greatbargain for this level of food. The buffet is available Monday to Friday. Read more

So, I decided to try this restaurant on the recommendation of the front desk staff at the adjoining hotel. I will say the food... was okay, somewhat traditional, though honestly, Trader Joe's frozen vindaloo has more flavor and bite too it. Why I am leavinga review is the pricing. I ordered the Goat Vindaloo $15.95 with the Garlic Naan $2.75. Now I did also have a glass of wine anda glass of water but the alcohol was supposedly covered by a check in coupon from the hotel. When my check arrived, there was nobreakdown of the items served but just had a generic charge of $24.00 plus $1.44 for tax. Now, correct me if I am wrong but howdo you justify the charge of $24.00 for $18.70 worth of food? I can only guess that the additional charge was for the wine, which leads me to believe they didn't honor the free drink coupon from the Best Western. I have a sinking suspicion that therestaurant and hotel are the same family and I will be leaving a review at Best Western too, where I am a member. My pricing isbased off the menu you handed me when I entered your restaurant and was told I could keep it in case I decided to order from myhotel room. I am very thorough and to accuse me of being deceitful or dishonest in my statement is reprehensible. I have themenu. I have supplied the photos of the pricing. You sir are despicable for trying to undermine my assessment of the charges. Asfor Trader Joes, it isn't the salt but the spices that give it some heat. Read more
