For our anniversary this year we wanted to try somewhere new. We had heard the Arbor was highly recommended so we decided to... make a reservation online. It was a little confusing because when I made the reservation the only area I could reserve for wascalled \"the Patio\". I hesitated because I didn\'t want to sit outside in the cold so I called the restaurant and they informedme that\'s what they call their dining room. I asked for an intimate table away from all the action so my wife and I could justspend time alone enjoying a nice meal. When we got there the smell of the scratch kitchen filled the dining room and the soundof classical piano filled our ears. It turns out they had a live music performance that evening to serenade us while we ate. Wewanted to try a little bit of everything So we ordered a salad, an appetizer and two entrees. After starting our evening with acelebratory champagne, we were brought a charcuterie board with delicious meats and cheeses. We were very happy with thisassortment and would definitely get it again.\n\nFollowing the charcuterie board they brought out a Caesar salad. Typically thisis one of my favorite things to order at a restaurant, especially if I know that their dressing is made from scratchUnfortunately, this was the only bad part of the evening as it was inedible due to the high salt content. The combination of thesalty dressing, the sardines, and the parmesan cheese had me reaching for my water every fight. I could not finish it.Thankfully our server was kind enough to comp this from our bill.\n\nThe meatball appetizer was delicious, I love the fact itwas serving the cast iron dish hot straight out of the oven. The deep rich tomato sauce paired nicely with the sweetness of themeat and the saltiness of the toasted cheese. I just simply wish there was more sauce.\n\nFor our entrees, my wife ordered thebutternut squash ravioli as recommended by our server. She told us to expect rich and bold fall flavors and tha Read more

Our meal was delicious! We got the meatballs as an appetizer and loved it to the last bite. We recommend the 1/2 chicken or... bolognese dish; you just can?t pass up on homemade pasta. 10/10 would recommend. Read more

This place has so much potential, I\'m really bummed about my experience here and hope they can get things together.\n\nOur... party ordered sweet potato hash with scrambled egg, biscuits and gravy, eggs benedict, sides of sausage and crispy potatoes, anda hot chocolate.\n\nIt took 15 minutes to get our food after ordering.\n\nThe sweet potato hash had fried egg, not scrambled, and rather than bring a new one we were offered a side of scrambled egg. The hash was cold and missing the chili, cheese andonion. Staff took it to warm it up but it took nearly 10 minutes to bring out, and at that point we were ready to leave. Theportion size was very small, about 1/2 cup or so of sweet potato hash, bland with a couple tiny pieces of bacon/bell pepper.Eggs were bland as well. No offer to comp this meal was made. No salt and pepper on the table.\n\nThe egg in the eggs benedictwas poached poorly, and instead of coming with polenta as listed on the menu, it came with crispy potatoes. The person whoordered this also ordered a side of crispy potatoes, which were cold and redundant with the inconsistency with the menu. Thepork belly was inedible. The dish also came with wilted green garnish.\n\nThe biscuits with the biscuits and gravy wereburnt.\n\nThe sausage was hot and fine, the hot chocolate was lukewarm.\n\nOur server disappeared early on, someone else broughtour food out. No one checked to make sure our food was OK. We had to wait a long time for them to notice we needed ourcheck.\n\nOn the positive side, the decor is super cute.\n\nIt would also be nice if they included drink options on thebreakfast menu. I dined at Arbor today for a business lunch. Very disappointed in the service and food. Disappointed enough to not return or... recommend this restaurant which is unfortunate because it is located in a beautiful boutique hotel downtown Fort Wayne. Read more

Wonderful visit! Zach, our server, really made the experience. He was attentive, guided us through the menu, and made great... suggestions. The food was delicious as well, and very fairily priced with the portions you receive. We were told the pastas andeverything on the menu is prepared fresh daily, and you could taste the difference! We will certainly be coming back for more! Read more

Great new restaurant! You could go just to enjoy the decor, but go for the food too! I had house made pasta, and it was so... good. My husband had a steak, and he really liked it. This would be a nice place to have breakfast on the weekend. We will beback. I highly recommend. Read more
