The lobby is closed much of the time, but the chicken fingers are one of my fav's - I use 3 kinds of dipping sauce plus catsup... for the fries - there's no way I'm going to try that in my car. I like arbys breakfast, but the local arbys are often closed forbreakfast, and when they are open they are often out of eggs. Today I was served a smokehouse brisket sandwich at the drive up -all the meat was on one side - I had to take it apart and re- assemble it IN MY CAR. And they were not busy so there was noreason to rush. I have had more disapointments at Arbys than any other restaurant. Their best menu items are always for alimited time. And all of these problems keep happening at different Arbys locations, including Columbia City. I will be avoidingthem in the future. Read more
Very long wait in drive in window. Only one person in front. Then pay, pull over and wait. Buffalo turkey wrap had way too much... hot sauce on it. This was the Illinois rd. Arby's. Maybe not enough employees. Read more
My husband and I came to this location for breakfast before we headed to Indy for a doctors appointment. Worse breakfast I had.... Granted the potato cakes were fresh, that?s why one star was received. But his chicken and biscuit was cold and the sausage inmy wrap was burned, like it was microwave for too long. Wasn?t a pleasant experience for neither one of us. It was such adisappointment considering I had to pull forward, so we were expecting fresh food. Read more
Your best bet is to avoid this place altogether. Rarely do they open by the posted hours. Have been here many times only to... find they are closed. Then today go and place my order. Was asked to pull forward. Sat for over 10 minutes, only forsomeone to come out and say they didnt have the items. I WILL NOT BE BACK. Read more

It pains me to write this because this Arby's location used to be incredible, not sure if ownership changed hands or not. Twice... I went through the drive thru and ended up with a Double roast beef no cheddar. The last time I went I purposely went inside,specifically ordered a Number 1 double meal. Got my food, sat down, no cheddar. There is a disconnect from stating what you wantto what they put in the computer. The lady who took my order was very friendly, as is everyone who works there.
