Save your time and money, Took 12 minutes to order a pizza over the phone through some call service center that is not from the... United States. Call back an hour later to find they haven?t even started my pizza yet because they are short staffed ?ordersomewhere else. Read more

We waited in the drive thru lane for over 45 minutes without ever moving. We ended up leaving. The wait was incredible but not... as bad as seeing the employees through the window yell at each other while they wiped their sweat and snout from their face ontotheir hands then onto the dough. The sad thing is our pizza was probably ready and sitting there however they only focused onthe car that was at the window instead of getting orders out. Doubt my family will ever choose Domino's again. Read more

Never really had problems with Domino?s in California or Texas. But since moving here this particular location has been a hit or... miss. Last two orders have been a miss, unfortunately. Previous time placed online order for delivery and it was neverdelivered. Had to go pick up myself and the manager on duty couldn?t refund my delivery tip. Today placed another online orderjust to have it sit on preparing for a whole full hour. When I finally called to find out the status I was told another 30minutes would be needed. I checked the tracker after the call and it updated to another person preparing my food but it wentfrom person 1 prepping the food at 3:53pm to person number 2 prepping your food at 5:01pm. At the very least, this time around,the lady that answered the phone was able to refund my money. Do me wrong once shame on you, do me wrong twice shame on me, Iguess. But never again. Read more
