On a Tuesday around noon, couldn't go through the drive thru due to the maximum height clearance posted. Ok fine, I'll go... in..... Except the doors are locked and lights are out, lobby not open. Wow, one of the busiest areas in Fort Wayne and thelobby is closed. Hire more people ffs. Read more
Stopped here after work to grab some food for my wife and I. They got the order completely correct including no tomatoe on the... chicken sandwich and no ice in her coke. Food tasted fresh and looked to be well prepared. Never had an issue with thislocation. Staff wasn't super friendly, but they weren't rude either, probably just ready to close up for the night. 2nd time -Lunch (pictured) Philly Cheesteak with large fries and a coke. The new Philly doesnt have any flavor, just wet veggies and a lot of cheese. I think I may have had like 3 bites with meat at... all. Otherwise everything else tasted good. Read more

Sent my daughter in to order since the drive thru was taking forever and it took her 15 mins to get an ice water and 2 small... fries. I finally had to go in and see what was going on. She said she was asked 3 times if she received her order and she toldthem no. Pretty frustrating when she and 1 other guy was the only ones in the lobby. Read more

Stopped in here Saturday around 10a.m. doors were locked but could see a few small children running around inside. Did Arby's... stop selling food and turn this location into a daycare center?? Read more
