My husband and I went here to celebrate my birthday. We came early so there was plenty of places to sit and no wait. The food... was amazing! So fresh, presented well, and filling. The dessert! The food here is just absolutely phenomenal. No matter what I have gotten from here it always comes out delicious. Even when... getting my go to (chicken with mushrooms), it always comes out %100. Excellent gluten-free options. The wait staff is well-trained and courteous. Food is consistently excellent. Cucumber mint... lemonade is maybe the most refreshing drink ever made. You always read about this happening but today we were the recipients of a random kind act of paying it forward! We went to our... favorite spot in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, Biaggi's. The people are WONDERFUL and SO IS THE FOOD!!! We love the Lobster-Corn Chowderand always bring home at least 3 bowls. As you can see, we shared a bowl with Calamari, Crab Cakes and Artisan Bread with EVOOand Parmesan cheese. After we received the bill, which was almost a Benjamin, I put my card down and headed for the restroom.Upon returning, Janie's eyes were misty and she told me that Nathan, our Bartender told her someone that was there and left PAIDFOR OUR LUNCH!!!! First time to this particular location from out of town very slow to get a table when we first checked in which is fine I... understand that the waiter that we had was very nice but he was overwhelmed and service was very slow was not explained that thegluten-free bread was an upcharge! Overall the food that we received was fresh delicious but nothing special. My husband took me here for my birthday dinner. The food was what you would expect at a 5 star restaurant. Everything was cooked... perfectly! If you like calamari and are looking for a restaurant that does not overcook it, this is your place. It is not chewylike you find at some other restaurants. We got so much food that we were able to take our leftovers and have another meal outof it. We only ended up spending around $80 for two nice alcohol drinks, an appetizer, two entrees, and a 20% tip.
