This will be my first and last time dining at this restaurant. We came in before the dinner rush, waited 15 minutes to be seated... and was seated at a table closest to the door, which had a lovely draft coming in. We ordered the mozzarella sticks which weregreat and the only positive to our meal. When trying to order, multiple items were out of stock (it’s 4pm on Saturday andyou’re out of stock of a majority of the items you offer?), we finally settled on the “new” smokehouse burger, ordered ourburgers to be cooked medium rare/medium (so some pink) with regular fries and sweet potato fries. Our food took over 40 minutesto be brought out to us and my sweet potato fries were missing. Our server stated that those were coming but she didn’t wantmy burger to be cold, which is fine. Both burgers were lukewarm and over done, cooked to well temperature and the buns were hardand stale. My sweet potato fries were brought out five minutes later, unsalted but hot. While eating my burger, I ripped off apiece and found a short black hair. Gross!! Our server was fine and none of the issues were her fault, but the kitchen here ishorrendous and I wouldn’t come here ever again! Also this place is extremely overpriced for what you get! Read more

Visited BJ's Brewhouse again last night for a birthday dinner. Thursday night reservation at 7pm and we had a great experience.... Or server Angel was fantastic and that just made the night. The food was excellent and atmosphere was wonderful. We enjoyed thenight of celebration. Read more

Food was great, the price is a bit higher than most pubs but worth it. The drinks were nice and strong as the dessert was... delicious. The only thing I felt could use improvement was the service, she flirted with my husband and was slow and rude to meand our daughter when she forgot to mention she wanted sweet tea instead of regular. Appreciated the glass for father's Day butthe company we were with has two moms and even though she's a she her son calls her Dad and felt bad he didn't know how to sowas a bit odd. Especially after flirting w my husband and yet supporting pride. Definitely have had better service here beforeand not felt angry, insulted or confused by service or their behavior. The food was INCREDIBLE. I had the chipotle cherry glazed salmon, HIGHLY recommend!! ????????. The flight of margaritas were not... very strong but tasted great. I feel that a lot of things were over priced. Great atmosphere and waitress was really nice. I'll be coming back! Read more

Food was great and the service was impeccable! The restaurant was clean inside and out and it wasn't super busy. We were able to... get a table right away and the waitress was always checking on us. Went here with my wife's family for lunch. The restaurant is nice upon first glance, it was recently built. We had to wait for... 10-15 minutes before being seated although we had reservations, that was relatively frustrating, but the wait staff handled itwell. Our experience with the waiter was good. The waiter was on top of everything we needed that day, she was fast andfriendly even though she was very busy with other tables. Me, my wife and our kids were served first by about 10 minutes beforeher family finally got their food. This was frustrating to watch, as we were all eating and they were just sitting there waitingon their food to arrive. The food was good, but not spectacular and the prices were definitely on the high side of the spectrumfor a sports bar. Overall, it was an okay place to eat. Read more

It was our first time there earlier this month, went for my sons birthday, took awhile to even get our drink orders but server... was super nice, ordered our kids food when we ordered our drinks so they wouldn’t get antsy, we got our kids food andappetizers at the same time, nachos were good as well, ordered a burger well done and the server even joked “oh a hockey puckcoming up” and I asked for it well done about 3 times, out of nowhere our server was nowhere to be seen, our kids had beendone with their food for quite some time and we still didn’t have our food so when our server finally came back we just askedfor it to go due to our kids getting bored, we ended up still tipping 20% so our bill was over $80 when we left, we never endedup getting my sons free birthday dessert that he was so excited for. When I got home and bit into my burger it was so pink itstill looked raw. Called to tell a manager about our first experience there and never ended up getting a call back. We decided on the deep dish supreme pizza. It was actually more like a regular pan pizza. Not much sauce at all. It was not what... I think of when I hear deep dish pizza. I tried my mom's dish the shrimp scampi and steak tip. Both were very good. I personallywould like having more sauce on the steak tip. Then the dessert that was given to us for the long wait was a wait in it self. Itwas very good though! The staff was very friendly and did a great job!
