Husband ordered food and picked it up on way home from work. Order was not ready at the “approximate pickup time.” Took... another 35 minutes before order was ready. Part of the order was missing. My husband spoke to another guy who was waiting onfood and had been wait for an hour. No one was offering any help to those waiting and the person tending the counter had beenhelping the same one person for over 25 minutes. When someone spoke up and asked what was going on, the manager said that thestaff could only help one person at a time. So a line of people were waiting on food that was sitting on the heating elementbecause no one wanted to help the counter worker hand out orders. When we called in, no one apologized or tried to offer helpfor the missing food. Will not be returning to this location again. Read more
Went here with my girl and her family. Great atmosphere and dining area, a bit expensive though my bill was like 60ish just for... us two but it was tasty so we don't mind. Our waitress was wonderful. We will be back again many times. Read more
Food: 7/10. Mediocre wings & Sandwiches. Wings are obviously fried & not great for you. Service: 6/10. Waiter handed us a... completely wrong order to our table, after switching to the opposite table of customers, received ours and I did not get thecheese curd side I had ordered. Atmosphere: 9/10. Was looking forward to dinner here with the family. But unfortunately we had Brittany for a server. Beware if you ever have... her for your server make sure you have a book and a movie to watch as you wait for her to get your drinks or food. It took 45min just to get our drinks and had to flag her down to place our order! I took us 1 1/2 to get any time of food! Other guestsreceived their food before us and arrived and was seated after us. But the only thing she quick about was giving us our bill! Read more
Buffalo Wild Wings is always really good and fresh and we went during prime time and didn’t even have a wait! Our food was... perfect and so was our waiter I don’t remember his name but he was great! We had plain wings no rub or sauce, a small order ofcauliflower wings to share & a buffalo Mac & cheese! Yum! Read more
No brainier! This place is amazing. This location is quick also. And if they have any specials going on come on time or you may... be waiting a while. If you are over the age of 21 just go to the bar and find a seat. I usually go on Tuesdays for their buy oneget on free traditional wings. Ordered carry out 20 boneless wings with Spicy Garlic. Got home and hardly any sauce. Horrible waste of time and money.
This place needs shut down. 1 hour for apps and were at 1.5 hours waiting for our food. My response: I will not be doing that... considering you wasted 3 hours of my time waiting for cold food. Didn't have to pay the bill. All patrons walked out. If you'rethat under staffed you need to close. All waitresses were basically working for free considering I'm not going to tip for a 3hour wait and our waitress quit and was crying during our visit.
