If your ordering on the app for pick up, might as well plan on waiting 20 more minutes after your set time. Gave this location... an hour and 10 minute leeway and wife had to wait 20 more minutes after the time it was supposed to be done. Ordered online 2 hours early. Got there 15 min late waited 30 min to get greeted and was told they hadn't started it yet. Waited... another 30 min and was told just getting cooked. Another 15 min finally got food and wasn't all of it. Food was flavorless andnot at all worth the wait. Seen a few guys from food delivery come in and couldn't get the customer food for another hour or 2.Don't know what was going on half dinner was empty and a bunch of waiters standing around chatting with a line out the door theentire time. I appreciate great customer service and here is superb! Every order I always get exactly what I asked for and that's not common... these days. So thank you for keeping up the good work and the restaurant industry. I usually dont have great experiences at Buffalo Wild Wings but with this location I was pleasantly surprised. We had great... tasting HOT food. We had some awesome service from the young man who went out of his way to clean off a booth (withouthesitation) for my family, to the nice young lady who patiently waited on our family (including 2 energized tweenager boys). When we got there, we were sat within a few minutes. We ordered a sample appetizer, 10 wings, chicken sandwich with fries and... chicken strips with fries. It took every bit of 45 min to get the food. In the meantime, a couple at down beside us 20 min afterwe got there and got their appetizers within 10 min. In that time, our waiter was standing off to the side on his phone. Whenthe food was finally brought to our table, the appetizer was with the main food. The appetizer was hot, wings were cold to thetouch, chicken strips and chicken sandwich were warm, but the fries were cold. The waiter only came to the table twice the wholetime we were there. Seated under 20 mins. Waitress didnt get the drinks out at the same time, didnt check back often, many empty cups just sat on... the table. Order was wrong for one in our party. Long wait for food. We had to request forks- they said they were out of metalforks and brought us plastic ones (plastic is fine, having to ask is odd). Every where is short staffed so we try to take thatinto account- but this visit could have been vastly improved with a more invested waitress- there wasnt much small talk,smiling, it just wasn't a welcoming vibe. ALWAYS seem to get Great service in the bar! Sadly it seems to be understaffed in the bar alot lately to where it's only 1... person. Then you have like 6-8 servers standing around out in the 40% filled family room. Then only 1 or 2 of them will help theoverwhelmed bar tender by helping expedite the food...
